We thank His Grace Archbishop A.J.V. Obinna for asking the laity to make contributions to the deliberations of the Second Special Assembly for Africa. His Grace A.J.V Obinna has been at the forefront of the fight for the Unborn Child in Africa, and has inspired many in this struggle. We the Pro-Life groups in Africa will like to present our views, in preparation for the Second Special Assembly for Africa. We hereby present our views in three parts, (1) the Pro-Life Theology, (2) Pro-Life Medicine, and (3) Population and Environment. We do this more out of conviction and inspiration of Our Lord Jesus, who deepened our understanding of what is already known to His Church. This is by no means any new revelations or advanced self-knowledge of theology. We do not aim to change any conventions, and all errors in this presentation are purely human, and I take personal responsibility for them, and ask for pardon in advance.
Our premise is that, God desires above all things a Pro-Life World, and the basic task of His Holy Church, is the proclamation of this truth, so that we will increasingly become the salt of the earth and the light of the world [Mt 5:13-14]. We have been drafted by Our Lord to steer the fight on abortion against World political leaders, confronting them with reason and scientific facts to make our case. Our membership is not restricted by faith or denomination rather we view ourselves as God’s People. From the beginning of time all that has been opposed to God has come to abrupt end. In recent history, slavery, colonialism, imperialism, racism, fascism, Nazism, Neo-Nazism, communism, and socialism, have all collapsed. Only God and His Holy Church are eternal. In this End-time War, more people will die in one year in embryonic stem cell laboratories in the United States and Europe, than all humans that died in wars since the beginning of the World. Since the 1970s, contraception and abortions have claimed billions of lives, more than all the people living today on Earth. This is the main cause of evil, poverty and pestilence on earth. Some world leaders like their forbearers Herod and Pilate have put themselves at the disposal of Satan, by encouraging genocidal contraception, abortion, and embryonic stem cell research. Join us in this End-time war of faith of the Apocalypse to celebrate victory over neo-paganistic secularism [Rev 19:19-20].

Part I: Pro-Life Theology
The Rosary and Contraception
The Church is the Family of God. The congregation of the faithful is both type and sign of the union of the whole human race in Christ its Head…[ Cf. Constitution on the Church n. 3: AAS 57 (1965), p.6]. The Church as a family has the motherhood of Mary at its center. By pronouncing her “fiat” at the Annunciation and giving her consent to the Incarnation, Mary was already collaborating with the whole work her Son was to accomplish. She is mother wherever he is Saviour and head of the Mystical Body [Cf. CCC – 973]. In Mary, humanity encounters Christ [Lk: 1:41] “When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leapt in her womb. The joy of the awaited Saviour was expressed by the unborn children represented by John the Baptist. While the adults viewed Christ’s coming into the world with skepticism, the unborn rejoiced, and their joy was affirmed by the Holy Spirit, “You are most blessed among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb! [Lk 1:42]. The womb of Mary is the new ark of the covenant, and her Grace extends to the womb of all mothers. The greetings of Hail Mary! … “Blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus” extends to all women, the sanctification by the name of Jesus! All acts of contraception and abortion are nullified by these greetings of the Most High God to Mary.
Most women have menstrual cycle of about 28-30 days or mean of 29.5 days, of which three days are for menstrual bleeding. In two menstrual cycles, there are 59 days, with 6 days for bleeding. The recitation of 53 beads of the Rosary is not an act of repetitive prayer,

but a day by day sanctification of the womb of some woman for 53 days of two consecutive menstrual cycles, and the replacement of the bleeding for 6 days by the blood and body of our Lord Jesus Christ in the Eucharist recited in 6 prayers of Our Father – “give us this day our daily bread” i.e. bread of the Eucharist. The Rosary fully parallels in form and neutralizes the effects of the contraceptive pills in essence. The Cross, with affirmation of the resurrection of Christ in “I believe in God”, neutralizes the effect of one Copper-T intrauterine device, raising to Life at least an unborn child. It is essential that the Rosary be recited as a full cycle of prayers to have the desired effects.
We know about this sanctification of the womb of a woman by encounter with Our Lord Jesus in the Holy Eucharist from the gospel by St. Luke. [Lk 8:43] Now there was a woman who had been suffering from hemorrhages for twelve years; and though she had spent all she had on physicians, no one could cure her. [Lk 8:44] She came up behind him and touched the fringe of his clothes, and immediately her hemorrhage stopped. This story tells us about the present day woman with an implanted copper-T intrauterine contraceptive device that lasts for twelve years, who suffers from continuing uterine bleeding even after visiting several doctors, but the bleeding stops after she reaches out and touched Our Lord Jesus. This prescribes to us that, healing from sickness including uterine bleeding associated with contraception can only come for women who with faith and a contrite heart encounter Our Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.

The contraceptive monthly pack has 28 pills of which 21 are estrogen/progestin combination pills for feticide activity and seven iron tablets for replacement of heavy bleeding, paralleling in form but contra in essence of the Rosary, – Hail Mary and Our Father, [Lk 11:3] “…give us this day the kind of bread we need,…” The protection of the Unborn Child is central to the Mission of Christ on earth. What better way to bear testimony to the Unborn Child than to become an Unborn Child Himself in the Incarnation. [Jn 1:14] And the Word became flesh and lived among us… The parallelism of the Rosary and contraceptive pills is a manifestation of the Spiritual warfare, which the faithful participate in, together with Our Lord Jesus bearing testimony to the Sanctity of Life of the Unborn Child, and Our Mother Mary against Satan, as recounted in Revelation. [Rev 12:4] Then the dragon stood before the woman who was about to bear a child, so that he might devour her child as soon as it was born. We see that the prayer of the Rosary saves the unborn child from the attack of Satan. [Rev 12:5] And she gave birth to a son, a male child, who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron. But her child was snatched away and taken to God and to his throne. This confrontation between Pro-Life and Pro-Choice is not without persecution of the faithful, because we hold to the testimony of Jesus about the Sanctity of Life of the Unborn Child. [Rev 12:17] Then the dragon was angry with the woman, and went off to make war on the rest of her children, those who keep the commandments of God and hold the testimony of Jesus.
The womb is God’s workshop that gives new beginning to Life, [Jer 1:5] “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you. [Lk 1:35] “The Holy Spirit will come upon you and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore, the holy child to be born shall be called Son of God. [Lk 1:36] “Even your relative Elizabeth is expecting a son in her old age, although she was unable to have a child, and she is now in her sixth month. [Lk 1:37] With God nothing is impossible. The womb is an archetype of the heavenly throne, modeled in form, shape and essence for the divine purpose of procreation. [Rev 22:1-2] “Then he showed me the river of life, clear as crystal, gushing from the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of the city, on both sides of the river are the trees of life producing fruit twelve times, once each month, the leaves of which are for healing the nations. The procreative essence is made manifest in cyclical ovulation with mature follicles twelve times a year, once each month, the product of which are children that populate the nations. The river of life analogous to the amniotic fluid sustains the fetus throughout the nine months of pregnancy. However, it is not only the womb that is Holy, but to the whole body. [1 Cor 6:19] Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, given by God? [1Cor 3:16] “Do you not know that you are God’s temple, and that God’s Spirit abides within you? [1Cor 3:17] If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him. God’s temple is holy, and you are this temple.”
God’s love for humankind is most manifest in the Incarnation. In the Incarnation, our Lord Jesus calls us all to join Him to take Mary as our mother, and bear witness to the Unborn Child, against abortion, contraception and embryonic stem cell research. [Rev 12:4]…The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour the child as soon as it was born. [Rev 12:5] She gave birth to a male child, the one who is to rule all the nations with an iron scepter; then her child was seized and taken up to God and to his throne. The Rosary equips us with the spiritual tools to overcome contraception. Without the spiritual motherhood of Mary we are vulnerable to the devastating effects of contraception. [Rev 12:17] Then the dragon was furious with the woman and went off to wage war on the rest of her children, those who keep God’s commandments and bear witness to Jesus.
The Original Sin
The creation of Adam and Eve marked the beginning of humans with intelligence, will and emotion, attributes that likens us to God. [Gen 1:26] God said “Let us make man in our image, to our likeness…” [Gen 1:27] So God created man in his image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.” There is complementarity of man and woman in a family, which is patterned to the unity of nature of the Holy Trinity. Jesus affirmed the unity of nature of the Holy Trinity [Jn 10:30] “I and the Father are one.” Our Lord Jesus also confirmed the unity of nature of the family [Mt 19:5] “Man has now to leave father and mother, and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one body? [Jn 19:6] So they are no longer two but one body; let no one separate what God has joined. The union of man and woman in marriage creates a conjugal union that is one biological entity, the family. [Gen 2:22] The rib which Yahweh God had taken from Man he formed into a woman and brought her to the man. [Gen 2:23] The man then said, “Now this is bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh. She shall be called woman because she was taken from man.” The Family is not just a collection of persons but one biological entity that collectively constitutes the functional unit of society. The main function of the Family is procreation from which derives every other function. [Gen 1:28] “Be fruitful and increase in number, fill the earth and subdue it,…” The command to be fruitful refers to conjugal union of man and woman to produce children in a sacramental marriage. By having a biological unit family, God intends to enlarge this biological Family union as one Church by communion in the Holy Eucharist, of which relatedness is by the blood and body of Our Lord Jesus. In other words, there is a triune blood relatedness of the Holy Trinity, Family and Church. Here the family itself is a domestic church. This bonding has as its common link the blood and body of Our Lord Jesus, and no other blood is offered. The converse, is when the blood and body of the unborn child is shade, that brings about and end to the Family, and hence the Church, and severed links with the Holy Trinity.
In the Beginning, God operating in a timeless domain, saw how the unitive and procreative essence of the marriage covenant that bonds a Family, would be challenged by contraception. Contraception is the knowledge and ability to deter procreative function by killing of the embryo or gametes that form it. God warned Adam and Eve and for that matter humanity of our time, of the deadly implication of knowledge of control of fertility by contraceptive use. [Gen 3:1] Now the serpent was the most crafty of all the wild creatures that Yahweh God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say: You must not eat from any tree in the garden?” The woman said to the serpent. We may eat the fruit of the trees that is in the garden, [Gen 3:3] but of the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the garden God said: You must not eat, and you must not touch it or you will die.” Here the fruit in the middle of the Garden of Eden refers to the embryo that implants in the middle of the womb, which is God’s vineyard. We see similar references of the fruit as the embryo of Our Lord Jesus Christ in Mary’s womb, [Lk 1:42] “blessed is the fruit of thy womb! God’s warning to Adam and Eve not to tamper with the embryo in the womb, but if they do, it will result to death of the embryo and for them as well. Prior to this time, God had intended everlasting life for Adam and Eve, but death came as a result of contraception. There is need to clarify here that Adam and Eve represented humanity, and since God operates in a timeless domain, He saw contraception and abortion as we know it today, hence he introduced death. [Gen 6:3] Yahweh then said, “My spirit will not remain in man forever, for he is flesh. His span of life will be one hundred and twenty years.” In other words, contraception and abortion is the sole reason for death on Earth. The truth of the God’s warning that contraception and abortions will lead humanity to death and extinction is self evident to us now, and the falsehood of the Pro-Choice advocates is the same as that of the serpent. [Gen 3:4] The serpent said to the woman, “You will not die, [Gen 3:5] but God knows that the day you eat it, your eyes will be opened and you will be like gods, knowing good and evil.” [Gen 3:6] “The woman saw that the fruit was good to eat, and pleasant to the eyes, and ideal for gaining knowledge. She took its fruit and ate it and gave some to her husband who was with her. He ate it. [Gen 3:7] Then their eyes were opened and both of them knew they were naked. The Original Sin of Eve comprised the Lust of Flesh … that the fruit was good to eat, Lust of Eyes …pleasant to the eyes, and Pride of Life, …ideal for gaining knowledge. Eve represents Pro-Choice feminine activist, who sort the right to control her fertility, and felt it was good for her self-image and ideal for her emancipation. Similarly, Adam represents Pro-Choice male activist who agreed with her wife that the control of her fertility was good for their love life (lust of flesh), it was good for her to preserve her beauty (lust of eyes) and ideal for her emancipation (pride of life). The tree of Life, are the ovaries and eating of the fruit of Life, means the choice of a woman to control her own fertility by killing the embryo, by means of contraception or abortion. The consequence of this Pro-Choice stand brought about our separation from God. [Gen 3:8]. “They heard the voice of Yahweh God walking in the garden, in the cool of the day, and they, man and his wife, hid from Yahweh God among the trees of the garden [Gen 3:10] “I heard your voice in the garden and I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid.” In other words, Pro-Choice stance for control of a woman’s fertility constitutes the essence of the Original Sin, and the fall of humanity from Grace.
The Eucharist – God’s Plan for Reconciliation and Restoration
God’s plan is to bring us to reconciliation and restoration. The diversity of His human creation would find unity in communion with Him in the Holy Eucharist, the blood and body of Our Lord Jesus Christ. He brings about unity in diversity of humanity. Even though we differ by race and ABO blood groups, we become one encompassing blood group of AB (the blood group of Our Lord Jesus Christ from the heart muscle of the Eucharistic Miracle of Luciana and Shroud of Turin) in body and in spirit, forming a common bond of Family Love, without a biological transformation. [Eph 2:13] But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far have been brought near by the blood of Christ. [Eph 2:14] For he is our peace, in his flesh he has made both groups into one and has broken down the dividing wall, that is, the hostility between us. [Eph 2:15] …so that he might create one new humanity in place of two, thus making peace.
Preemptively, God prepared Abram and all the faithful for this communion by his receiving blessings through consecrated bread and wine by His Priest – Melchizedek. [Gen 14:18] Then Melchizedek, king of Salem, brought bread and wine: he was a priest of God Most High, [Gen 14:19] and he blessed Abram saying, “Blessed be Abram by God Most High, maker of heaven and earth! [Gen 14:20] And blessed be God Most High who has delivered your enemies into your hands!” And Abram gave him a tenth part of everything. God made a covenant with Abraham, to make him the father of prosperous Pro-Life nations that multiply without application of contraception and abortion. [Gen 17:1] “I am God Almighty, Walk in my presence and be without blame! [Gen 17:2] I will make a covenant between myself and you, and I will multiply your race.” God promised Abraham and descendants, prosperity for Pro-life procreation into multitude of nations. [Gen 17:6] I will make you more and more famous; I will multiply your descendants; nations shall spring from you, kings shall be among your descendants.
God chose the external rite of circumcision of the male genital organ as the symbol of the covenant with Abraham, to point us to the fact that the virtue of chastity of men was central to our communion with him. Men were to donate flesh and blood from their genital organs as a sign of the covenant and as a constant reminder to them of the virtue of chastity. [Gen 17:10] This is my covenant with you, that you will keep, you and your descendants after you: Every male among you shall be circumcised; [Gen 17:11] you shall circumcise your foreskin and that will be the sign of the covenant between me and you. The promise of the covenant will manifest in the practice of chastity as a precondition for partaking in the Holy Eucharist, as circumcision was a precondition for partaking in the Passover. [Ex 12:48] But no uncircumcised person shall eat of it. [Gen 17:13] So my covenant will be written in your flesh as an everlasting covenant. The circumcision is an external rite, in form and matter but the essence is a chaste life style, not just the external rite. [Gal 6:13] Not for being circumcised do they observe the Law: what interests them is the external rite. [Gal 6:15] Let us no longer speak of circumcised and of non-Jews, but of a new creation. The fulfillment of the covenant of true circumcision among Christians is through faith and the practice of the virtue of chastity. The gift of the Holy Spirit will be made manifest in those Christians who practice the virtue of chastity. [Gal 5:22] But the fruit of the Spirit is charity, joy, and peace, patience, understanding of others, kindness and fidelity, [Gen 5:23] gentleness and self-control. For such things there is no Law or punishment. [Gal 5:24] Those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its vices and desires. It is chastity that will endow men with the eternal gift to rule with Christ. [Rev 14:4] They are those who were not defiled with women but were chaste; these are given to follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They are the first of humankind who are already of God and the Lamb. The practice of chastity confers ‘virginity’ that brings us in perfect union with the body and blood of Christ in the Holy Eucharist, in much the same way as the perfect union of the Sacred Hearts of Our Lord Jesus and the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The Eucharist and Chastity
It is by the practice of chastity that we realize the full grace of eternal life, we receive in the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist, outside which we are not in communion with Our Lord Jesus and with one another. [CCC 1326; 1 Cor 15:18] Finally by the Eucharistic celebration we already unite ourselves with the heavenly liturgy and anticipate eternal life, when God will be all in all. [Jn 6:58] This is the bread which came from heaven. For those who doubt that the Holy Eucharist is the blood and body of Our Lord Jesus Christ, they have abandoned Christ, and chastity or celibacy has no meaning. [Jn 6:60] “This language is very hard! Who can accept it?” [Jn 6:66] After this many disciples withdraw and no longer followed him. The slippery slop to death by abortion and contraception begins with rejection of the Eucharist as the blood and body of Our Lord Jesus Christ, which now removes the necessity for chastity and celibacy, and brings about contraception as a consequence. However, Peter as leader of the Apostles and the Early Church, said [Jn 6:68] “Lord to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. [Jn 6:68] We now believe and know that you are the Holy One of God.” As well as successors of Peter, the Popes, have reaffirmed that the Eucharist is [LG 11, CCC 1324] “the source and summit of the Christian Life.” Jesus does not condemn us for being unchaste, but rather calls us to the sacrament of reconciliation and restores us. [Jn 8:11] And Jesus said, “Neither do I condemn you; go away and don’t sin again.” Our reconciliation allows us restoration in Christ as a manifestation of His Mercy, He shows us by His Resurrection, how, even though dead in our unchaste bodies we must hope for resurrection. This is best exemplified by Our Lord showing Himself first to Mary Magdalene, so that the least of us in Grace would experience the greatest Mercy of God in Resurrection. Jesus calls outs to Mary Magdalene as a representative of all women burdened by the guilt of contraception and abortion, weeping and seeking reconciliation and restoration. [Jn 20:15] Jesus said to her. ‘Woman, why are you weeping? For whom are you looking? Jesus lets us know that this full reconciliation and restoration would be given to all by the Special Grace of the Holy Spirit, when He ascends to God the Father. [Jn 20:17] Jesus sad to her, ‘Do not hold to me, because I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go to my brothers and say to them, “I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.” The promise of full authority for reconciliation and restoration by the power of the Holy Spirit for all sins including the sins of abortion and contraception was given to His Holy Church, on the day of the Pentecost, for every nation in every language on earth. [Acts 2:3] Divided tongues, as of fire, appeared among them, and a tongue rested on each of them. [Acts 2:4] All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages, as the Spirit gave them ability.
The Heavenly Liturgy of the Word and Eucharist – An Earthly Reality
The Eucharistic Liturgy is a heavenly event that brings about an earthly reality as described in Revelations chapters 4 & 5. The setting is the earthly reality of a Catholic Holy Mass officiated by the priest and four mass servers, with the Liturgy of the Word from the Holy Bible, and the Liturgy of the Holy Eucharist. [Rev 4:4] … there in heaven stood a throne, with one seated on the throne! Around the throne are twenty four thrones, and seated on the thrones are twenty-four elders, dressed in white robes. With golden crowns on their heads. [Rev 4:6] Around the throne, and on each side of the throne, are four living creatures, full of eyes in front and behind. The Scroll is the word of God in the Holy Bible, which Our Lord Jesus unveiled for us in the Gospels, the promise of God in the Old Testament and its fulfillment in the New Testament. [Rev 5:1] Then I saw in the right hand of the one seated on the throne a scroll written on the inside and on the back with seven seals. [Rev 5:5] “Do not weep, See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David has conquered, so that he can open the scroll and its seven seals. The second half of the Holy Mass – the Liturgy of the Holy Eucharist then begins. [Rev 5:6] Then I saw between the throne and four living creatures and among the elders a Lamb standing as if it had been slaughtered, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. [Rev 5:8] When he had taken the scroll, the twenty-four elders fell before the Lamb, each holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the Saints. In the Eucharistic Liturgy we join Heaven to celebrate in unity. [Rev 5:13] Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, singing, ‘To the one seated on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honour and glory and might for ever and ever!’ God describes to us that the essence of the Heavenly Eucharistic celebration is to counter the evil on Earth, which are described in the seven seals ending with judgment. These themes form the Liturgy of the Word. [Rev 6:2] I looked, and there was a white horse! Its rider had a bow; a crown was given to him, and he came out conquering and to conquer. The white would signify conquest of a people under sin, which enslaves them, and sends them into bondage. [Rev 6:3] When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature call out, ‘Come!’ [Rev 6:4] And came out another horse, bright red; its rider was permitted to take peace from the earth, so that people would slaughter one another; and he was given a great sword. The bright red would signify bloody conflicts and wars, as a consequence of love of money and power. [Rev 6:5] When he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature call out, ‘Come!’ I looked, and there was a black horse! Its rider held a pair of scales in his hand, [Rev 6:6] and I heard what seemed to be a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, ‘A quarter of wheat for a day’s pay, and three quarts of barley for a day’s pay, but do not damage the olive oil and the wine!’ The color black signifies the dark gloomy economic times because of unjust world economic systems. [Rev 6:7] When he opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature call out, ‘Come!’ [Rev 6:8] I looked and there was a pale green horse! Its rider’s name was Death, and Hades followed with him; they were given authority over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, famine, and pestilence, and by the wild animals of the earth. The color pale green describes death as life (green) pales out due to a sinful world.
In the opening of the fifth seal, God reveals that the spilling of the blood of Martyrs, Saints and the Unborn children indicts humanity, for destruction in the sixth seal and judgment in the seventh seal. [Rev 6:9] When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slaughtered for the word of God and for the testimony they had given; [Rev 6:10] they cried out with a loud voice, ‘Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long will it be before you judge and avenge our blood on he inhabitants of the earth? [Rev 6:11] They were given a white robe and told to rest a little longer, until the number would be complete both of their fellow-servants and of their brothers and sisters, who were soon to be killed as they themselves had been killed. The white robe was a sign of baptism for the many unborn children (‘brothers and sisters’) who died without having to be baptized, but God welcomes them with the sacrament of baptism in heaven. It is in response to the killing of the Unborn Child, Martyrs and Saints that God destroys the world by earthquake. [Rev 6:12] When he opened the sixth seal, I looked and there came a great earthquake; the sun became black as sackcloth, the full moon became like blood. [Rev 6:13] and the stars of the sky fell to the earth as the fig tree drops its winter fruit when shaken by a gale. [Rev 6:15] The kings of the earth and the magnates and the generals and the rich and the powerful, and everyone, slave and free, hid in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains [Rev 6:16] calling to the mountains and rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb; [Rev 6:17] for the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?’ The seventh seal though obvious but not numbered comes up as judgment seal. [Rev 7:2] I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, having the seal of the living God, and he called with a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to damage earth and sea, [Rev 7:3] saying, ‘Do not damage the earth or the sea or the trees, until we have marked the servants of our God with a seal on their foreheads.
The Eucharist and the Plight of the Unborn Child
In the Holy Eucharistic Celebration, God reminds us of the plight of the unborn child during abortion and contraception, by parallelism with [Rev 5:6] a Lamb standing as if it has been slaughtered. God warns us against child sacrifice [Dt 18:10] No one shall be found among you who makes a son or daughter pass through fire… The Eucharist liturgy by itself is a Divine surgical operation on the heart of Jesus that takes place in an isolated Altar, in an act of charitable self donation by Our Lord Jesus, which contrasts, with the coercive killing of the unborn child on the operation table in an isolated sterile operation room. In preparation for Eucharistic celebration, all participants undergo spiritual cleansing, but in a converse way, surgeons and their assistants undergo physical cleansing. The object of the Eucharist celebration is the body and blood of Our Lord Jesus, in much the same way as the object of surgical abortion is the body and blood of the Unborn Child. The Eucharistic celebration is carried out on an Altar sized to fit a human being, as much the same size as a surgical operation table. By standard procedure, proper six point candle lighting is required for Eucharist celebration, in much the same way as the six point lighting for an abortion procedure. The priestly vestment – the Chasuble is the parallel of the surgeon’s operation garment. They share similar pale green color of Chasuble and operation garment with opposite meaning, with the former bring life from death through the resurrection of Christ, but the later bringing death to life through killing by abortion.
For Eucharistic celebrations, the priest has often four mass servers, in much the same way as the surgeon has four assistants for a partial birth abortion procedure. The Eucharistic celebration is a self donation of Our Lord Jesus in Divine sacrifice, in communion with all the faithful, leading up to eternal life. Conversely, abortion is the coercive killing of the Unborn Child, as a consequence of human passion and desires. The parallelism of form of the Eucharistic celebration and surgical abortion is a feature of spiritual warfare with each side having a diametrically opposite effect in our physical world. The Cross and Contraception
The control of follicular maturation otherwise known as fertility control is at the center of the conflict between God, humankind and Satan. The Bible uses the appropriate imagery of the serpent on a tree to depict contraceptive coil use. The most popular form is known as Copper-T intrauterine contraceptive device, which is a copper wire wound round a T-shaped plastic like a serpent on a tree (see Figure 2).
The serpent wound on a tree will be the imagery for both death and salvation depending on our choice. This relates to the duality of nature of the serpent as one animal that produces the remedy venom for its deadly bite. Humankind in many instances prefers slavery to passion and lust of flesh, rather than trusting God. The communal manna was a foreshadowing of the Holy Eucharist, without which we are left defenseless, and out of communion with God, and exposed to satanic influences. [Num 21:4] The people were discouraged by the journey [Num 21:5] and began to complain against God and Moses, “Why have you brought us out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? There is neither bread nor water here and we are disgusted with this tasteless manna.” Our refusal of the Eucharist as the blood and body of Christ, and the manna from Heaven takes us out of communion with God and with one another, and we become exposed to the plaque of abortion and contraception. [Num 21:6] Yahweh then sent fiery serpents against them. They bit the people and many of the Israelites died.
The application of the serpentine coils or Copper-T in the womb of a woman kills an implanted embryo. Worldwide, about 250 million women carry copper-T today, with potential interruption of fertility process twelve times a year, one each month. A projected 30 billion deaths have occurred in the past two decades of wide spread use of Copper-T, around the World. These massive deaths of unborn children, who cry out to Our Lord God, “[Rev 6:10] They began to cry aloud, “Holy and righteous Lord, how long will it be before you render justice and avenge our blood on the inhabitants of the earth?” He first welcomes them into His Church in white garments of baptism and urges some patience. [Rev 6:11] Then each one of them was given a white garment, and they were told to wait a little while, until the number of their brothers and sisters and fellow servants who would be killed as they have been would be completed.
Majority of women with implanted Copper-T live in China, the One Child Policy of China forces abortion on mothers. On May 12th, 2007 in Sichuan province, officials forced abortion on local women who tasted positive on pregnancy tests. On the same day, and at the same time, one year later on May 12th, 2008 a major earthquake occurred in Sichuan province in China leading to massive deaths. [Rev 6:12] And my vision continued. When the Lamb opened the sixth seal, there was a violent earthquake.
The HolyChurch in calling for reconciliation has in mind for us to seek forgiveness for sins of abortion and contraception, reversing all laws that allow the killing of the unborn child. [Num 21:7] Then the people came to Moses and said, “We have sinned, speaking against Yahweh and against you. Plead with Yahweh to take the serpent away.” With a truthful disposition of repentance and reconciliation through Our Mother Church, we are assured of God’s Mercy and salvation through the Cross. [Num 21:7-8] Moses pleaded for the people and Yahweh said to him. “Make a fiery serpent and set it on a standard whoever has been bitten and then looks at it shall live.” Satan would kill us with contraception made from copper, the cheapest metal on earth, but we will be salvaged first with bronze, the most expensive metal on earth in the bronze age, and ultimately by the precious blood and body of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy Eucharist. [Num 21:9] So Moses made a serpent of bronze, and set it upon a pole; and whenever a serpent bit someone. That person would look at the serpent of bronze and live. Jesus, let us know that the Cross is the fulfillment of this promise of salvation. [Jn 3:14] As Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, [Jn 3:15] so that whoever believes in him may have eternal life.
In the Holy Eucharistic Liturgy we participate in the Passion of Christ, as our Mother Mary and the women, the disciples, women of Jerusalem, Apostles, Judas Iscariot, persecutors, Herod and Pilate. Each of us plays a designated role in this Great Drama Divina. The Eucharist for those who betray Christ becomes a source of condemnation and punishment. [Mt 26:23] The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with me will betray me. [Jn 13:27] After he received the piece of bread, Satan entered into him. [Mt 26:24] The Son of Man goes as it is written of him, but woe to that one by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would be better for that one not to have been born.’ Our Lord Jesus tells us of the faith of those Pro-Choice advocates who led people astray into contraception and abortions, as they betray the unborn child, in the same way as Judas Iscariot betrayed Him.
The Snake on a Staff Aesculapius – A Symbol of Modern Medicine

The staff of Aesculapius is the symbol of modern medicine. Aesculapius was thought to be the god of medicine in the ancient Greek mythology. He was son of Appollo and Coronis. His mother coronis was killed for being unfaithful to Appollo, but the unborn child – Aesculapius was rescued from her womb. From this he received the name Asklepios – to cut open. Asclepius represents the healing aspect of medical arts, while his daughters Hygieia, Meditrina, Laso, Aceso, Aglæa/Ægle, and Panacea (literally, “all healing”) symbolize the forces of cleanliness, medicine and healing, respectively.
It is evident that modern medicine is still immersed in pagan culture. It is not surprising that modern medicine kills more people through abortions, contraception and embryonic stem cell research than it saves through all other healing activities. Modern medicine in conformity with its symbol of the snake bites to kill, while offering venom for cure for those who survive the bite. As far as the pagan approach remains in modern medicine, humanity cannot attain the good health status it deserves. The task of the Church in this Millennium is the Evangelization of Modern Medicine, through inspiring moral and ethical practices. The Church through the Catholic Medical Association should engage the doctors, and similarly nurses to end this tragedy of death from modern medicine in our times.

The parallelism of the Cross and Copper-T as a symbol of contraception is depicted in the Trilogy. The Cross of Christ which represents salvation for all of humanity, is paralleled by the condemnation and death for those who reject Christ and kill by abortion and contraception represented by the thief on the left side [Lk 23:39] One of the criminals hanging with Jesus insulted him, “So you are the Messiah? Save yourself and us as well! While salvation and ascension to paradise awaits the Unborn and Pro-Lifers who fight for justice for the unborn child, represented by the thief on the right side. [Lk 23:40] But the other rebuked him, saying, Have you no fear of God, you who received the same sentence as he did? [Lk 23:41] For us it was just: this is payment for what we have done. But this man has done nothing wrong.” [Lk 23:42] And he said, Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” [Lk 23:43] Jesus replied, “Truly you will be with me today in paradise.”
Contraception and the Environment
The use of oral contraceptive drugs which are estrogen and progestin combinations is detrimental to the health of the woman, causing cancers, heart disease and strokes. The Sacred Scriptures tells us of the devastating effects of these estrogen based combinations on the environment. Estrogen and its derivatives are stable compounds and do not decompose, and are passed in urine of women taking contraceptives. They find their way to the aquifers and flow into the sea. The effect of estrogen on fishes makes them to become inter-sex fishes of neither male nor female, and cannot reproduce, and hence they die off. As a result of the death of small fishes the entire food chain of even bigger fishes die off. This leads to the disappearance of the fishing boats. [Rev 8:8] When the second angel blew his trumpet, something like a great mountain was thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea was turned into blood. [Rev 8:9] At once, a third of the living creatures in the sea died and a third of the ships perished.
The Way of the Cross – Drama Divina
The Way of the Cross shown in every step of the Passion of Christ, dramatizes to us our roles in abortion, contraception and embryonic stem cell research debate. Each and every one of us takes part in this Divine Drama – Drama Divina. We are each shown in the simplest character roles we play, as Jesus plays the main role that takes up the agony of the Unborn Child. The basis for the accusations against Jesus is power and money. This is much the same argument made by individuals and society for legalizing the killing of the Unborn Child. In the trial of our Lord, He shows us how some people ask the authorities and religious leaders to make laws that permit the killing of the unborn child by abortion, contraception, and embryonic stem cell research. [Lk 22:54] Then they seized him and took him away, bringing him to the High Priest’s house. Peter followed at a distance. The three denials of Peter were to mark the transformations in the history of His Holy Church. [Lk 22:60] Again Peter denied, “My Fiend I don’t know what you are talking about.” He had not finished saying this when the cock crowed. [Lk 22:61] the Lord turned around and looked at Peter and he remembered the word that the Lord has spoken, “Before the cock crows today you will have denied me three times.” [Lk 22:62] Peter went outside, weeping bitterly. Peter realized the essence of Christ’s Passion, and would die by crucifixion head down, in solidarity with the Unborn, who is crucified head down in the process of partial birth abortion in breech presentation. Conversely, normal live birth takes place with head up. Our Lord Jesus points to the significance of the manner of Peter’s death. Just like the three times of Peter’s denial, our Lord asks him three times if he loves Him. In other words, during the three great transformations in the history of the Church, the Magisterium will reaffirm the Pro-Life teachings on Marriage and Family, as an unchangeable doctrine of the Holy Church. [Jn 21:17] And a third time he said to him, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” …. “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.” [Jn 21:18] Truly, I say to you, when you were young you put on your belt and walked where you liked. But when you grow old, you will stretch out your hands and another will put a belt around you and lead you where you do not wish to go. [Jn 21:19] Jesus said this to make known the kind of death by which Peter was to glorify God. And he added, “Follow me.” Peter’s successors would continue to affirm these teachings of the Church in a series of Papal Encyclicals among the many are: Leo XIII Arcaum divinae sapientiae 10th February 1880; Pope Pius XI Chastity in Marriage (Casti Connubii) December 31st 1930; Pope Paul VI, Encyclical Humanae Vitae 1968. The position of the Catholic Church has since been echoed in every encyclical of the Popes throughout the centuries. It is this affirmation that the Our Lord Jesus sought from Peter and His Successors – the Popes.
Judgment of Jesus and the Unborn
Some lawmakers and religious leaders have failed to defend the cause of the unborn child. Rather they push for decrimilization of abortion and contraception. Most Pro-Choice advocates are Christians and some are even Catholics who diligently keep the religious observances but clamor for legalization of abortion and contraception. This is similar to the Jews at the time of Jesus. [Jn 18:28] They led Jesus from the house of Caiaphas to the court of the Roman governor. [Lk 23:1] The whole council rose and brought Jesus to Pilate. It was now morning. The Jews didn’t enter lest they be made unclean (by coming into the house of a pagan) and be unable to eat the Passover meal. Most Pro-Choice advocates make the argument of savings of taxpayer money instead of spending it on children from women with so-called unwanted pregnancies, and refute the Pro-Life argument that children are the leaders and saviors of the nation. This was the same argument made against Jesus. [Lk 23:2] They began to accuse him, saying, ‘We found this man perverting our nation, forbidding us to pay taxes to the emperor, and say that he himself is the Messiah, a king. Most Pro-Choice advocates state that they want to reduce abortion but still want federal and international laws that make it legal to kill the unborn child. This is similar to the position of most Jews at the time of Jesus. [Jn 18:31] Pilate said, “Take him yourselves and judge him according to your own law.” But they replied, “We ourselves are not allowed to put anyone to death.” Then, Jesus was sent from one jurisdiction to the other, from Pilate to Herod, [Lk 23:7] Finding the accused to come under Herod’s jurisdiction, Pilate sent Jesus over to Herod who happen to be in Jerusalem at that time. This is much the same debate on the powers of the state and federal governments to legislate on abortion and contraception. [Lk 23:12] Pilate and Herod who were enemies before, became friends from that day. In most countries, state and federal governments who usually fight over tax monies, agree to legislate on rights to abortion and contraception through reproductive rights laws. Pilate asserts the innocence of Jesus [Lk 23:14] I have examined him and found no basis for your charges, [Lk 23:15] And neither has Herod, for he sent him back to me. It is quite clear that this man has done nothing that deserves a death sentence. This shows clearly, that both state and federal laws in most countries provide for constitutional Right to Life and Dignity of the Human Person, which is falsely denied to the unborn child in the so-called reproductive rights laws drafted by Pro-Choice interest groups. [Lk 23:17] On the Passover, Pilate had to release a prisoner. [Lk 23:18] Howling as one man, they protested: “No! Away with this man! Release Barabbas instead.” [Lk 23:19] This man has been thrown into prison for an uprising in the city and for murder. [Lk 23:23] But they went on shouting and demanding that Jesus be crucified and their shouts grew louder. This is similar to the intense lobby of the Pro-Choice groups and special interests, UN organizations, feminist groups, biotechnology firms, the rich and powerful of the Western World, and governments who clamor for passage of abortion rights laws deceptively couched as reproductive rights laws. Meanwhile, the same people including leaders like President Obama, find it abominable for the United States to maintain Guantanamo prison for terrorists who have killed innocent Americans, but at the same time implement proabortion policies at home and abroad that kill innocent unborn children in Africa and elsewhere. We have estimated that in the four-years of tenure of President Obama, more children in Africa will die from abortions, embryonic stem cell tissue trafficking than in all wars, slavery and hunger since the beginning of time in Africa. As a result of the embryonic stem cell tissue trafficking from Africa to Europe and America, it is estimated that almost 100 million embryos from Africa will die yearly; in the process of ovarian egg pouch (deceptively called “egg donation” for in-vitro fertilization) used to perfect the somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) technique. Unfortunately also, the poor women in America will not be spared from pouching of ovarian eggs or so-called egg donation; which many are forced into by poverty. The American taxpayer’s money will be used to fund more abortions to obtain pluripotent embryonic stem cell tissues for research.
The Passion and Partial Birth Abortion
During partial birth abortion, the pregnant mother is taken into a preparatory room (in the past when abortions were illegal it was performed in military tents – praetorium), where four midwives try to turn the unborn child from the head presentation to a breach (leg) presentation, in a bloody and painful twisting of the body parts of the fetus by two midwives and the other two hold the mother down. This is similar to the scourging of Our Lord Jesus in the military tent called praetorium. [Jn 19:1] Then Pilate had Jesus taken away and scourged. [Mk 15:16] The soldiers took him inside the courtyard known as the praetorium and called the rest of their companions. [Jn 19:23] When the soldiers crucified Jesus, they took his clothes and divided them into four parts, one part for each of them. The operation field is covered with purple garment to disguise blood, and they take kneeling positions to create better view and access to birth canal. [Mk 15:17] They clothed him in a purple cloak and twisting a crown of thorns, they forced it onto his head. [Mk 15:19] With a stick they gave him blows on the head and spat on him; then the knelt down pretending to worship him. The abortionists use Alice forceps with alligator teeth to clamp the Unborn’s head and to pull his legs into the birth canal. [Lk 23:26] When they led Jesus away, they seized Simon of Cyrene, who was coming from the fields, and laid the cross on him, to carry it behind Jesus. This is much the same way by God’s providence most volunteers are seized into the Pro-life movement to bear witness to Christ and the unborn child. [Lk 23:27] A large crowd of people followed him; among then were women beating their breast and wailing for him, [Lk 23:28] but Jesus turned to them and said, “Women of Jerusalem, do not weep for me, weep rather for yourselves and for your children. The Lord Jesus lets us know that the very future of humanity is at stake with great tribulations awaiting us, if we do not fight against abortion and contraception. He informs us of the very grave punishment that awaits women who have undergone abortions and contraception. [Lk23:29] For the days are surely coming when they will say, “Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bore, and the breasts that never nursed.” [Mk 13:18] Pray that it may not be in winter. [Mk 13:19] For in those days there will be suffering, such as has not been from the beginning of creation that God created until now, no, and never will be. [Lk 23:30] And they will say to the mountains: Fall on us! And to the hills: Cover us!” This is same message in the passage [Rev 6:15] The kings of the earth and the magnates and the generals and the rich and the powerful, and everyone, slave and free, hid in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains [Rev 6:16] calling to the mountains and rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb; [Rev 6:17] for the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?’
Mother Mary – Patroness of Pro-Life Campaign
Our Lord Jesus hands over those that He loves, fighting for the cause of the unborn to the patroness of Mary, urging them to abide with prayers of the Rosary at all times. [Jn 19:25] Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother… [Jn 19:26] When Jesus saw the Mother, and the disciple whom he loved, he said to the Mother, “Woman, this is your son.” [Jn 19:27] Then he said to the disciple, “There is your mother.” And from that moment the disciple took her to his own home. The Pro-Life fight is a bitter war and lacks enough followers, but we must persevere to the bitter end. This might be for the Pro-Life movement, the winter time of the Church, but summer is around the corner. [Rev 13:9] Let anyone who has ears to hear, listen: [Rev 13:10] If your lot is to prison, to prison you will go; if your lot is to be killed by the sword, by the sword will you be slain. This is, for the holy ones, the time of endurance and faith. The lack of enough volunteers for this bitter end-time sacrifice is the reason for Our Lord’s thirst, but our ability to undertake this bitter fight will lead us to mission accomplished. [Jn 19:28] I am thirsty, [Jn 19:29] A jar full of bitter wine stood there; [Jn 19:30] Jesus took the wine and said, “It is accomplished.” In the excruciating pain of partial birth abortion, the unborn child cries out to God before they die. [Lk 23:46] Jesus gave a loud cry, “Father, into your hands I command my spirit.” And saying that he gave up his spirit. The abortionist seeks to bring out the dead child by pulling his/her legs out, but first having to break one leg, to create access of the abortionist’s hand to enter. [Jn 19:32] The soldiers came and broke the legs of the first man and of the other who had been crucified with Jesus. [Jn 19:33] When they came to Jesus, they saw that he was already dead; so they did not break his legs. [Jn 19:36] All this happened to fulfill the words of Scripture, Not one of his bones shall be broken [Ex 12:46]. To enable the abortionist bring out the trunk, the lungs must be pierced and collapsed, as well as the great vessels and heart emptied of blood. This is accomplished by piercing of the right lungs, where there are three lobes and the great vessels of the heart. This leads to a flow of blood from the right side. Then the abortionist pierces the head of the Unborn through the occiput, to release the cerebrospinal fluid, and water flows out from the fourth ventricle, collapsing the head. [Jn 19:34] One of the soldiers, however, pierced his side with a lance and immediately there came out blood and water. [Jn 19:37] They shall look on him whom they have pierced [Zec 12:10]. The aborted dead unborn child is extracted from the mother’s womb head down. The body parts of the dead unborn is wrapped, and thrown into an unmarked waste bin, though secretly for fear of shame. Our Lord Jesus was buried in a borrowed tomb. [Jn 19:38] Joseph of Arimathea approached Pilate, for he was a disciple of Jesus, though secretly, for fear of the Jews. And he asked Pilate to let him remove the body of Jesus. Pilate agreed, so he came and took him away.
Sexual Revolution the Root of Sin and Death
The sexual revolution of the early human society made us loose the guidance of the Spirit of God, and led humanity to premature death. [Gen 6:1] “When people began to increase on earth and daughters were born to them, [Gen 6:2] the sons of God saw that men’s daughters were very beautiful, so they married those they chose. [Gen 6:3] Yahweh then said, “My spirit will not remain in man forever, for he is flesh, His span of life will be one hundred and twenty years.” The sexual revolution in the early human society brought several vices on earth, evil, wickedness, violence, killings and shedding of blood. [Gen 6:5] Yahweh saw how great was the wickedness of man on the earth and that evil was always the only thought of his heart. The human society separated from God was filled with evil, and God regretted ever creating man. [Gen 6:6] Yahweh regretted having created man on the earth and his heart grieved. This led to the destruction of the early human society. [Gen 6:7] He said, “I will destroy man whom I created and blot him out from the face of the earth…”
Christian Family Values and Enculturization
In the beginning, Our God revealed Himself to the people in their different cultures and traditions, which are rooted in human values. In every African culture there are roots of Christianity, the basic family values are rooted in cultural and traditional rites of which the coming of Christ is its fulfillment. For example, the basic African traditional rites of offering prayers through the ancestors would be fulfilled by our Christian Catholic practice of praying for intersession of the Saints and Martyrs. They are by no means equals, but the practice of traditional African rites makes it easy for the people to accept the newer and better Christian values. The practice of the old rites should be reconfigured in the new Christian spirit. The idea of communion with God, the Saints, and the living faithful has a forbearing African traditional rite of communion, for example, during the breaking of Cola nut, with prayers said to God Almighty, through the ancestors, for the living kindred. The role of the first born males in African culture as priests of the domestic Church is much the same as with the Jews and in Catholicism. [Ex 13:1-2] The Lord said to Moses: Consecrate to me all the first born. [Ex 13:15] Therefore I sacrifice to the Lord every male that first opens the womb, but every firstborn of my sons I redeem. This consecration of the first male to the Lord is seen in every aspect of the African tradition as headship of the domestic church, and as a forbearer to the male priesthood of Christ. The Christian values are not alien to African traditions and culture rather they are a perfection of the original revelation of God to His People, which is fully realized in the teachings of Our Lord Jesus and His Holy Church.
The African enculturization process brings to full awareness those traditional rites that help the people imbibe the Christianity as a way of life, in fulfillment of the original promise of God to our ancestors. It is necessary to emphasize that enculturization is not the other way round, when Christian practices are being introduced into African paganistic practices, which by itself is a retrogression. The enculturization process also suggests that the Church should be a custodian of African culture. There is need for every Province to have an Academy for Religion, Science and Culture, charged with archiving of the culture of the people using several doctoral dissertations of the religious, scholars and students engaged with work of the academy. The Second Evangelization of Africa is indigenous and aims to deepen the Christian faith as a way of Life, showing their roots in African culture and tradition, but taking it further in a progressive development in the Light of the teachings of Our Lord Jesus Christ. At the center of this task are the Pro-Life teachings, well rooted in African culture. This is the new frontier task of the Church in Africa.
A New World Order of Globalization
God identified a human family that pleased him, the family of Noah, who will be spared from the first destruction, by habiting the Ark, as the foreshadowing of what is yet to come as His Holy Church as an Ark for the Faithful for the third and final destruction. [Gen 6:8] But Noah was pleasing to God.” The basis of this relationship was obedience to God’s commands. [Gen 6:22] Noah did this; he did all that God commanded him.” In the second creation, God ferries His Family in Noah’s Ark to a new World Order, one that lives in obedience to His teachings, of not interfering with fertility, but by allowing the procreative process as He has set forth. [Gen 9:1] “Be fruitful, multiply and fill the earth.”
Man then lived in a globalized World. [Gen 11:1] The whole world has one language and a common speech. Globalization provided the advocates of Satan an arena to pull resources together to accomplish challenges that are in opposition to God’s Plan for Humanity. [Gen 11:3] They said to one another, “Come, let us make brick and bake them in fire.” They used brick for stone and bitumen for mortar. [Gen 11:4] The said also, “Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top reaching heaven; so that we may become a great people and not be scattered over the face of the earth!” Globalization has enhanced the possibilities for major challenges such as embryonic stem cell research with the aim to reorder the human species by cloning and organ transplantation. Globalization seeks to create common species, common values, common language, common market, and obscure diversity in human nature. However, since the tower of Babel is a pyramid, who then will be at the bottom and who will be at the top. Globalization is about a pyramidal stratification of human kind, with the poor and helpless of Africa, Asia and Latin America at the bottom of the strata and the rich and most powerful of the industrialized countries at the peak of the pyramid, which was built on the ‘back’ of the poor and helpless of the World. We see today a deliberate trend of how biotechnology companies owned by a few billionaires from Europe and America, in coalition with G8 governments, Feminist groups, and pro-abortion advocates such as the IPPF, WHO, Ipas, USAID, UNFPA, UNICEF and others have legalized abortion and promoted contraceptive use in Africa, Asia and Latin America. They are firmly establishing the “Trans-Atlantic Human Egg Trafficking for Embryonic Stem Cell Research”. They use deceptive foreign aid packages for Africa such as the G8 Africa Action Plan, and provisions in international protocols that tie aid to reproductive rights such as THE PROTOCOL TO THE AFRICAN CHARTER ON HUMAN AND PEOPLES’ RIGHTS OF WOMEN IN AFRICA – Articles #14 (1a, 2c), #26, and MAPUTO PLAN OF ACTION, to create an enabling condition for an unending supply of pouched ovarian eggs from poor African women, for embryonic stem cell research, and aborted fetal tissues. The gather as the world’s wealthiest economies to exclude the poor countries, first as G7, then as G8, G20, EU leading economies, and others, but never as G192 of the countries of the United Nations. The ever changing transformation of the cluster of these nations is best described in: [Rev 12:3] …a great red dragon with seven heads and ten horns, and seven diadems on his heads. The ‘world’ in its exclusive manner of all people who are weak and poor, and not on the G-scale for survival, can only practice Darwinistic economic theory of the survival of the fittest, leaving the majority of humankind behind. Again the 21st Century Globalization, is much the same as the preceding 20th century colonialism and imperialism, where slavery, was used to situate Africa at the bottom of the tower of ‘Babel’. God maintains the diversity of humankind as a means to sustain our civilization and overcome human oppression. [Gen 11:5] Yahweh came down to see the city and the tower that the sons of man were building, [Gen 11:6] and Yahweh said, “They are one people and they have one language. If they carry this through, nothing they decide to do from now on will be impossible. [Gen 11:7] Come! Let us go down and confuse their language so that they will no longer understand each other.”
The 21st Century, Biological Colonialism of Africa has set out to use the embryonic stem cells of the African Child for the New Human Industry in developed countries. The Church as the Family of God on earth, by the guidance of the Holy Spirit, lays emphasis on human diversity that offers opportunities to all peoples, so that the strong may thieve and the weak may be protected. A new world order, not set on a pyramid but on a plain [Gen 11:2] As people moved from east, they found a plain in the country of Shinar where they settled. A world where the twelve tribes of the New Israel as the New Church of God, are held high in Heaven by the twelve stars of the Crown of Our Mother Mary. [Rev 12:1] …and on her head a crown of twelve stars. One third of humanity is kept in abject poverty by the oppressive Satanic world economic systems. [Rev 12:4] His [dragon] tail swept down a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to earth.
The Current End-time War
We have undertaken a theological analysis of the Human Fertilization and Embryology Laws in Great Britain and the Presidential Executive Order by President Obama on Embryonic Stem Cell Research, and their implications for the entire World. The issues we have raised are taken from imageries of the Prophecies in Revelations, in the Holy Bible. We have considered it necessary to share this with you, to keep it in view.
The War against the Embryo of Jesus Christ
First, the fight about the Embryo is not new it was at the center of the fight between God and Satan, for the Embryo of Our Lord Jesus Christ:
[Rev 12:4] … “The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour the child as soon as it was born.” The principal human actors for the Dragon were King Herod and his wise men (parliament), who acted to kill Jesus. In their search for Jesus the killed all infants and aborted all pregnant women in Judea at that time. Infants and the unborn children died to shield Jesus, who escaped to Egypt. Therefore, infants and the unborn children were the first Saints and Martyrs of the Church. [Matthew 2:16] “He gave orders to kill all the boys in Bethlehem and its neighborhood who were two years old or under.” The war in Heaven lasted three and half years or 1260 days. During which time, Joseph, Mary and Jesus took refuge in Africa- Egypt. [Mathew 2:13] After the wise men had left, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph and said, “Get up, take the child and his mother and flee to Egypt, and stay there until I tell you for Herod will soon be looking for the child in order to kill him.” [Rev 12:6] …and the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, so that there she can be nourished for one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
The War against the Little Ones – ‘Embryos’
The African Anti-Abortion Coalition (AAAC), in a letter dated 27th July 2007, to the British Prime Minister and other G8 leaders on the 2nd Anniversary of the 2005 Declaration of G8 Africa Action Plan, detailed the consequences of the decision of the G8 leaders to tie abortion rights to foreign aid, and its implications for Trans-Atlantic Embryonic Tissue Trafficking from Africa. The British law on Human Fertilisation and Embryology, has as options, all three main avenues of research attempting to derive autologous (matched) pluripotent stem cell lines: somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) using human eggs, SCNT using animal eggs, and reprogramming of adult somatic cells to create Induced Pluripotential stem cells. Furthermore, the use of Chimeric Human Embryos Clause 4(5)(d) of the Law, the use of SCNT using human eggs Clause 4(5)(a) and transgenic human embryos Clause 4(5)(c) using human eggs, would facilitate the trade in Trans-Atlantic Embryonic Tissue Trafficking from very poor countries in Africa into Britain and other industrialized countries. Given the success rate of SCNT of 0.1% in animals, and much lower rates in humans, the loss of human embryos in research experiments would be enormous. Estimated range up to 100 million eggs would be need annually from Africa to industrialized countries. We believe that the whole issue of HYBRIDS, is an image makeup for Embryonic Stem Cell use to look inherently moral, justifying use of IVF poached embryos from Africa.
The Plan by the G8 countries to implement embryonic stem research and at present advocated by the US Obama administration, European leaders using UN organizations, would mean that over 100 million ovarian eggs would be needed annually, and millions of aborted tissues would be pouched from poor women from Africa and elsewhere, for embryonic stem cell research. The will have far reaching devastating health consequences for poor African women and other poor women around the World, as well as cause deaths of the millions of people at the embryonic stage of development. [Mt 24:21] for at that time there will be great suffering, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be.
The Satan’s war against the Embryo has descended on Earth:
[Rev 12:12] …”woe to you, earth and sea for the devil has come to you in anger”.
The War is patterned to that that was in Heaven: [Rev 13:1] “I saw a beast rising out of the seas, with ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its
horns.” The governments (like King Herod) of leading economically industrialized nations of the G7: Great Britain, United States, Germany, Italy, France, Canada, and Japan will promote Embryonic Stem Cell use leading to massive deaths of human embryos. They would seek to destroy the embryos from different countries: [Rev 13:7] “It was given authority over people of every tribe, language and nation.”
Embryos also called the Little or Holy ones, [Rev 13:10] “This is, for the holy ones, the time of endurance and faith.” The wound of the Beast refers to the initial rejection of the idea of Embryonic Stem cell use. [Rev 13:3]…”One of the heads seemed to be fatally wounded but this wound healed”….The second beast [Rev 13:11] “with two horns like the Lamb but speaking like the dragon”…”works great wonders” refers to the idea of Hybrid Embryos with human egg and animal nuclei, and appropriately described as
the ‘Beast’, because it is a chimera. It looks like the Lamb from the point of view that it is seen as a saving grace for the very sick people, which it is not. It is the breakthroughs from Hybrid Embryos that will rehabilitate the idea for the use of Embryonic Stem Cell. However, the histocompatibility limitations of hybrids will become apparent and they will justify the use of all human cells. [Rev 13:14]…”Through these great wonders which it is able to do on behalf of the beast, it deceives the inhabitants of the earth, persuading them to make a statue of the beast which, although wounded by the sword, is still alive.” It is through these initial breakthroughs that the idea of Embryonic Stem Cell Research will become acceptable in many countries of the World. Revelations identifies as facilitators of the Beast, leaders of G7 industrialized nations acting to promote Embryonic Stem Cell use, [Rev 17:9] ..”they are seven kings, [Rev 17:10] of whom five have fallen, one is living, and the other has not yet come; and when he comes, he must remain for only a little while. The five of the G7 that their past empires have fallen include: Italy, Germany, France, Great Britain and Japan, and the one in power is the United States, and the one to come is Canada, only for a brief period.
The Destruction of Modern Day Babylon
Revelations recounts the prophecy about the destruction of the city called Babylon at the heart of these events. It is here that the description fits the City of London’s present status and colonial past. [Rev 17:18] …”the woman you saw is the Great City which reigns over the kings of the whole world.” as the hub for commerce and site where the war against the Holy ones (embryos) began. This prophecy predicts enormous man-made disaster. [Rev 17:16] …”They will destroy her and leave her naked: the will eat her flesh and set her on fire”. . [Rev 18:7] As she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, so give her a like measure of torment and grief. Since in her heart she says, “I rule as a queen; I am no widow, and I will never see grief”, [Rev 18:8] therefore her plagues will come in a single day – pestilence and mourning and famine – and she will be burning with fire; for mighty is the Lord God who judges her.’ [Rev 18:9] And the kings of the earth, who committed fornication and lived in luxury with her, will weep and wail over her when they see the smoke of her burning; [Rev 18:10] they will stand far off, in fear of her torment… [Rev 18:11] ..”The merchants of the world will mourn over her, for they will lose a market for their goods…” No one can be sure of the nature of this attack, however, if we take it somewhat literally the events would occur in an hour, this may suggest a terrorist attack with a dirty bomb possibly nuclear. [Rev 18:19] For in an hour she has been laid waste.’ The grave nature of this prophecy has been the most disturbing of all our studies of the book of Revelations. We pray that this may never come to pass. We condemn in the strongest possible terms all acts of terrorism and say categorically that not even in the defense of the most vulnerable Unborn Child can terrorism be justified. However, we decided to make this view known to the authorities in London, so as to heighten their attention and vigilance in the security of the City of London. We also hope to persuade them to make amends in their policies and given the spiritual nature of these prophecies; the government and people should seek reconciliation and restoration in consultation with the Church in Great Britain.
Timing of Events
This is the most controversial issue of our analysis. We estimate that the events began on 7/7/2005, as Britain hosted the G8 summit described [Rev 17:13],..They all have only one aim and they place their authority and power at the service of the beast.” The terrorist attack on Great Britain on 7/7/2006, at one year anniversary, we cannot explain, except to say that this might be an act motivated by faith without reason, that we consider fanaticism. We must say here that, the AAAC firmly condemns ALL forms of terrorism and terrorism cannot be justified for any cause. AAAC believes that we must express our faith in the context of reason, and we must counter threats to faith with reason. The significance of the 7/7/2005 would mean that on 7/8/2008, we would expect the start of the last five months to December 2008, for which the prophecy recounts great retributions on leaders of the Earth (see Revelations 9). We warned the G8 leaders of the start of a Worldwide Financial Crisis [Rev 13:17] …no one can buy or sell…; months before the economic crisis began; and we related it to their position on embryonic stem cell research. [Wisdom 10:8] for because they passed wisdom by, they not only were hindered from recognizing the good, but also left for humankind a reminder of their folly, so that their failures could never go unnoticed. The severe events will last for 42 months. During this time 30 trillion USD dollars were lost from world economy. It is about 30 trillion USD dollars that the embryonic stem cell industry purported they will make in the next few years of full scale operation were they allowed to operate as they proposed. In other words, God took off 30 trillion USD from the world economy to bring to nonsense the business plans of the biotechnology firms and their investors. However, God has softened the impact on the poor and righteous of this World. [Wisdom 10:5] Wisdom also, when the nations in wicked agreement had been put to confusion, recognized the righteous man and preserved him blameless before God, and kept him strong in the face of his compassion for his child. [Wisdom 19:22] For every thing, O Lord, you have exalted and glorified your people, and you have not neglected to help them at all times and in all places. However, the consequences would linger as long as the assault on the unborn children continues. [Wisdom 10:15] A holy people and blameless race wisdom delivered from a nation of oppressors. Our Lord Jesus says that, there must be penitential rites following a reversal of all laws that permit abortion, contraception, stem cell research, and euthanasia. The penitential rites or sacrament of reconciliation is required for all nations on earth. The Bishop Conferences of each individual country must engage with their governments to carry these rites as the Church recommends, following the abolition of laws and programs that encourage abortion, contraception, embryonic stem cell research and euthanasia. There is need for both ecumenical and interfaith collaborations.
The Prophecies in Revelations, Facts or Fiction?
The events of the Worldwide Financial Crisis we presented to the G8 Leaders long before it started, and the Earthquake in China after the mass abortions of women in Sichuan province on the afternoon of May 12th 2007, leads us to think that our understanding of our Lord’s explanations is correct. We had pointed out this prophecy in [Rev 6:10] – “They began to cry aloud, “Holy and righteous Lord, how long will it be before you render justice and avenge our blood on the inhabitants of the earth?” [Rev 6:11]…”until the number of their brothers and sisters…who would be killed … would be completed.” [Rev 6:12]…”the Lamb opened the sixth seal, there was a violent earthquake.” We have no means to prevent any disaster, and our hearts, prayers and sympathy are with the Great People of China who are victims. However, we have informed, the leaders of Great Britain in a letter sent to them on 7/7/2008, that the time for retributions for actions against the Unborn, is now for all nations, and they have to consult with the Church in Great Britain to reverse or forestall these events by a roll-back of laws against the embryo and the unborn child, along with full reconciliation and restoration. This will allow the children of Great Britain and elsewhere to prosper. [Mt 19:14] but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.’
Poverty Wins Over Greed
Despite the deplorable conditions of material poverty in Africa, the spirit is alive in God; while in the industrialized countries despite material wealth, the spirit is dead and so is true happiness and joy. The Church in Africa must celebrate the triumph of poverty over greed. The call by the Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI for the beginning of a new age of social and economic justice in his encyclical Caritas in Veritate (“Love in Truth”) of July 7, 2009, is very timely for Africa. The Holy Father, said it is important to keep in mind the teachings of “Humanae Vitae,” Pope Paul VI’s 1968 encyclical on human life, and said being pro-life is being pro-development. If modern Secularist society views a new baby as a problem, how will its citizens view the poor?
A new social economic system based on creating enabling conditions that will economically empower the poor, needs to evolve from the present World economic crisis. The poor in society would provide the new engine of growth, if highly motivated by enabling conditions. The present crisis has demonstrated that capitalism based on the entrepreneur and his capital has failed to engineer a just and equitable economic system, thus unsustainable and vulnerable to crisis. The experience of the past century has also shown that a system based on workers of labour would fail, as the failure of socialism and communism demonstrated. All these social economic systems are breeding grounds for poverty, oppression and social injustice. [Jn 12:8] You always have the poor with you. Our Lord indicts the unjust social economic system that breeds poverty. However, God informs us of the social economic system, He would collaborate with us to establish. [1Sa: 2:8] He raises the poor from the dust, he lifts the needy from the ash heap. An economic system designed to lift people out of poverty will gain God’s approval. [Mk: 10:21] Jesus looking at him, loved him and said, ‘You lack one thing, go, sell what you own, and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; then come, follow me. [Mt 5:3] “blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Our Lord exposes to us that the greatest untapped resources of modern times is the dormant talents of His people languishing in poverty.
However, material poverty does not mean innocence. In most African countries the unborn child suffers grave injustice from the poor in Africa. The abortion rate among the poor Africans could be as high as ten fold that in the United States. The injustice to the unborn African child is one cause of deplorable poverty. God is truth and just. [Dt 32:4] A faithful God He is, upright and just and unerring. [Dt 32:5] Yet He has been treated perversely by His degenerate children – a deceitful and crooked generation. As we will show below, poverty varies proportionally with high abortion rate. It is the injustice to the unborn that is the basis of mass poverty in society. Most African countries suffer from corruption, where leaders amass incredible wealth in overseas banks, and the people are left in deplorable poverty. However, one could understand how this has become permissible, due to the injustice of the people to the unborn child. The people sacrifice the unborn child to their gods of passion, to satisfy the demands of their flesh. [Jg 2:12] They bowed before those gods and offended Yahweh. [Jg 2:14] He became angry with his people and gave them into the hands of plunderers who left them in misery. He himself sold them to their enemies who completely surrounded the Israelites, so that these Israelites could no longer withstand them.
The task of the Church in Africa is therefore to seek to mend the broken links with God. The Catholic Social teachings must be the fundament of African society: poverty of spirit to counter the lust of eyes, chastity to counter the lust of flesh and obedience to counter the pride of life. [Mt 6:33] Set your heart first on the kingdom and justice of God and all these things will also be given to you. [Mt 6:34] Do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. The Church in Africa must have a comprehensive systematic agenda to promote chastity, abstinence, anti-abortion and anti-contraception campaign, in all churches, health institutions, mass media and other outlets; with an approach to achieving justice for the unborn child in Africa. It is only when the African people have imbibed a pro-life culture based on Catholic Social Teachings, could one now say that the poverty in Africa has become poverty of the spirit, totally dependent on God. [Mt 5:3] Fortunate are those who have the spirit of the poor, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. The Church in Africa could thereafter celebrate poverty as the wealth of the Church, which will bring about greater communion of the faithful with God, and through which they will be uplifted. [2Cor 8:9] For you know the generous act of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that by his poverty you might become rich. The church must continue to agitate for social justice and uplifting of African people from poverty. The faithful must realize that it is not solely dependent on human efforts but on the Grace of God to be uplifted from poverty. [Deut 8:18] But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, so that he may confirm his covenant that he swore to your ancestors, as he is doing today. This is in sharp contrast to the path of development in the industrialized countries in recent times, where material prosperity for self was set first as the goal of human development based solely on human effort rather than an endowment from God.
Charity in Poverty the Precursor to Abundance
Poverty alleviation is possible by faith, works, and charity. The poor have to be thought to be charitable in poverty. [Eph 4:2] Bear with one another charitably, in complete selflessness, gentleness and patience. The fullness of charity is realized in poverty [Mk 12:42] A poor widow came and put in two copper coins, which are worth a penny. [Mk 12:43] Then he called his disciples and said to them, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put in more than all those who are contributing to the treasury. [Mk 12:44] For all of them have contributed out of their abundance; but she out of her poverty has put in everything she had, all she had to live on. Charity in poverty is the precursor to abundance. One could say that Our Lord Jesus could feed the five thousand men because of the charitable donation of the small boy of his whole meal to all. [Jn 6:9] There is a boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish. [Jn 6:11] Then Jesus took the loaves, and when he had given thanks, he distributed them to those who were seated; so also the fish, as much as they wanted. The miracle of multiplication of the loaves is a sign that points to communion of believers based on charity, which yields abundance for everybody by the work of the Holy Spirit. Among pagans profit and greed means that the rich will steal from the poor, but this should not obtain among Christians, rather effort should be made to create abundance for all. [Jn 10:10] The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. Offering help to the poor is a basic obligation of Christian life and the Holy Church as mandated by Our Lord Jesus. [Mt 25:35] for I was hungry you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, [Mt 25:36] I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was in prison and you visited me. Creating abundance in a Christian community is feasible, based on principles that date back to apostolic times. [Acts 2:43] they would sell their possessions and goods and distribute the proceeds to all, as any had need.
Catholic Banking – ‘No Interest’ Microfinance Bank for the Poor
The Christian concept should be extended to banking and finance, particularly in creating an international microcredit system for the poor. We humbly suggest that the Synod of African Bishops propose a new principle of Catholic banking based on no interest loans, however, banking service fees will apply. [Ex 22:25] If you lend money to my people, to the poor among you, you shall not deal with them as a creditor; you shall not exact interest from them. With over one billion practicing Catholics in the World the volume deposits would create the largest financial bank in the World. It could serve for deposits of money that the depositor would not ask to be paid interest, the interest being forfeited as offering to the poor. [Dt 23:19] You shall not charge interest on loans to another Israelite, interest on money, interest on provisions, interest on anything lent. Loan release should be granted to the poor after every seven years according to Sacred Scripture however, loans made outside the Catholic communities would not be under these obligations. [Dt 15:1] Every seventh year you shall grant a remission of debts. [Dt 15:2] And this is the manner of the remission: every creditor shall remit the claim that is held against a neighbor, not exacting it from a neighbour who is a member of the community. Because the Lord’s remission has been proclaimed. [Dt 15:3] From a foreigner you may exact it, but you must remit your claim on whatever any member of your community owes you.
We request that the Synod of African Bishops propose the formation of an international microcredit loan bank, we will refer to it as the Caritas International Bank (CIB). The CIB headquarters sited in the Vatican may not have funds of its own, but would help to coordinate the programs of the regional affiliates under a council of regional heads of CIB. Centralized interventions would be necessary for targeted stimulus programs for the poor in a specific country under pressure of economic collapse, in accordance with the set regulations. The CIB affiliates are formed in Catholic regions of the world (Africa, Europe, Asia, North and South America). The regions will collaborate, and could have no interest inter-bank lending from more prosperous economies to less prosperous areas. [Mt 5:42] Give to everyone who begs from you and do not refuse anyone who wants to borrow from you. The Church in Africa could found the Caritas Bank of Africa (CBA) for microcredit lending to the poor in Africa to become entrepreneurs. The CBA could lend to agricultural cooperatives of the poor in rural areas, small scale traders, artisans and people living in poverty but willing to obtain skills to work. The message of the Church to the poor is clear: [Php 2:12]…work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; [Php 2:13] for it is God who is at work in you, enabling you both to will and to work for his good pleasure. The CBA could be established in every diocese and pull resources across Africa. The CBA could accept national and international grants, no interest loans and other donations for the microcredit loan system for the poor in Africa. The laity should be encouraged to enhance the work of their local CBA bank by depositing money, and forfeiting the interest. [2 Cor 8:14-15] This is how to strike a balance: as scripture says: The man who gathered much had none too much, the man who gathered little did not go short. [2 Cor 9:6] The point is this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. [2 Cor 9:7] Each of you must give as you have made up your mind, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
During these hard economic times in the World, the fullness of the Catholic faith will be exemplary. [Jas 1:27] Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to care for orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world. We are hopeful that one outcome of the present World economic crisis is the poor will emerge from the ashes in fulfillment of the prophecy: [1Sa: 2:8] He raises the poor from the dust, he lifts the needy from the ash heap. [Jas 2:5] Has God not chosen the poor in the world to be rich in faith and to be heirs of the kingdom that he has promised to those who love him?
Disability whether physical or mental has been an inevitable source of poverty in Africa. There have been little or no provisions in modern day African society for the physically and mentally challenged people. The task of the Church in Africa is to bring good news to the poor that are physically and mentally challenged. A great deal of the loans by CBA would be made for rehabilitation of the physically and mentally challenged in Africa. The CBA will work with local diocese to create cooperatives for the physically and mentally challenged people in their society. These cooperatives will have centers for skills acquisition and work with individual entrepreneurs. The CBA will encourage mentorship programs by skilled people working with the disabled to impact skills. The loans to the cooperatives would be made on a pay back basis so as to strengthen fiscal responsibility.
There is need to have a special program for the widows and orphans. This category of the poor has to have a systematic rehabilitation program. Even when a widow or an orphan may not fit the category of poverty, special attention has to be given to their needs, to develop them as new breadwinners of the family. The CBA will develop special funds for widows and orphans of HIV/AIDS as well as from other causes. It is not enough for the Church to show sympathy. [Jas 2:15] If your brother or sister is naked and lacks daily food, [Jas 2:16] and one of you says to them, ‘Go in peace; keep warm and eat your fill’, and yet you do not supply their bodily needs, what is the good of that? [Jas 2:17] So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead.
The Catholic Youth constitutes a major part of the poor in most societies. There should be programs designed to amplify the role of the youth in society. The Catholic Youth Apprenticeship Program is one potential area that will maximize volunteerism of the aged skilled worker and the youth. Catholic Men Association and Catholic Women Association could have members volunteer time to teach skills to the youth at training centers, and the CBA will fund the apprenticeship and offer head-start loans to be repaid as the students progress.
Abortions in most cases result from the loneliness of young pregnant girls who are stigmatized and left alone by their boyfriends and families when they learn of the pregnancy. This is unfortunate, because of the ‘face saving’ culture in Africa. There is need to change the prevailing situation. The Church should serve as a refuge and shelter for those trying to keep their pregnancy. A shelter with job and skill learning prospects should be made available and financed through microcredit loan schemes. These young women could be taken up by cooperatives who receive aid from CBA, and after childbirth could serve the cooperative for at least sometime to help build up these communities.
We advocate the idea of a new World financial order based on microcredit lending to the poor at no interest, because it is the most sustainable solution to the longtime social conflicts of human civilization. Capitalism is based on interest/profit, but the sharing of this interest/profit has been the source of the conflict between the capitalists and the workers. This conflict led to the East versus West Cold War of the past century. God has for long advocated a no interest economy, which will mean no source of social conflict. The emergence of Catholic banking takes us back to our apostolic roots, and shares some similarity with Islamic banking, and is a potential area of inter-faith collaboration. Put together, Catholic and Islamic banking will serve almost one-third of humanity and has the potential of upturning national and international banking systems as we know it today, towards a kinder gentler World. One immediate effect is that, the international lending organizations like the International Monetary Fund and World Bank have to make profound changes in their business practices. This will force lending interest rates down and free up capital for development, which will uplift the World economy from the present economic slump. The secularist society will see its demise come sooner rather than latter, because its most enticing instrument of money would no more be attractive to people. The Catholic banking system would become the best financial refuge for the faithful in an unstable world financial system. The present trend is that the World is heading towards a freeze of credit for most people, except for the few connected rich people, leading to an explosion of poverty of unprecedented levels [Rev 13:17] …so that no one can buy or sell who does not have the mark, that is the name of the beast or the number of its name. It is now prudent that the Holy Catholic Church lead the way to rescue people from this impending danger of slavery and bondage.
The Church in Africa and the Press
The aforementioned work of the Church in Africa must be promoted in the media. However, the present international press media is hostile, and uninformed in matters of faith. Therefore, we need that the African perspective be heard, and we humbly request that the Synod of African Bishops seriously consider setting up a 24 Hour News and Gospel channel for the spread of the Gospel in Africa and for airing the African perspective on issues. This television cable network should be available on free to air satellite TV, and on cable channels. It should be supported by charitable donations similar to the operations of EWTN in the USA. The network would have French and English versions of transmissions. Special telecasts with (English and French translations) in African languages, spoken by a large population such as Ibo, Hausa, Yoruba, Swahili and others could be featured frequently. The programs will have a healthy mix of 24 hour News, Holy Mass celebrations, Gospel, Catechesis and defense of the Catholic faith. There should be effort to use the Church in Africa Television (CAT) network for enculturization. The work of the Church in Africa in each country will be promoted on CAT to enrich the UniversalChurch. Similarly, a radio transmission of the Voice of the Church in African (VOCA) should also be established in several languages including English and French. The radio transmission of the Rosary hour across Africa at agreed times, and other prayers like the Divine Mercy, and Angelus will help cultivate Catholic traditions among the people of Africa. It will also bring about good ecumenical and interfaith relations as joint programs are organized especially in areas of common interest. There is need for the Catholic faithful to collaborate with Muslims in the area of Pro-Life movement. Telecast and radio broadcasts of these programs will send a signal to the faithful of these great faiths that we can work together is progressive and coexistent ways. This will promote interfaith dialog. The TV and radio networks also offer the Bishops of Africa a strong voice both on national and international issues.
Part II PROLIFE MEDICINE
Foreign Aid and Development in Africa
The aim of foreign aid is to provide poverty alleviation, and promote sustainable development in poor countries. However, certain Western foreign aid to Africa has been disruptive of the developmental process. For example, the foreign aid to Nigeria in the area of health constitutes about 7% of the budget on health. However, this foreign aid is targeted mainly towards issues related to reproductive health, that is, the funding of abortions (usually coded as post-abortion care), contraception, female adolescent vaccination and other maternal health issues. The foreign aid is structured such that, the aid aims at skewing the primary healthcare system towards reproductive health (abortion and contraception). This is achieved by funding reproductive heath services to the tune that is way beyond funds for other aspects of the primary healthcare system. As a result, most skilled nurses, midwives, and doctors in the public health system are diverted to be involved in reproductive health services, obviously because of higher remunerations. Other vital aspects of primary health care, such as oral rehyrdration therapy, infant vaccination, and antenatal care have reached the point of collapse, yielding even higher infant mortality rates. Furthermore, the foreign aid fragments the health system, for example, by providing reproductive health services to women in the post-natal period, with no synergy with infant welfare, the mother is physically removed from the site of postnatal care. In other words, there is a deliberate ‘decoupling’ of maternal family planning services from child primary healthcare services. The mother’s interest most often overrides the interest of the child; thereby fragmented healthcare service delivery occurs, as the mother seeks first her own interests in family planning at one site, and most often unable to meet up with the child needs at another site, and hence high infant mortality. The consequence is that, the woman gets pregnant again as soon as possible, in an attempt to have another child to replace the dead offspring, but is thereby exposed to a high risk of maternal death. The devil’s triangle’ of high infant mortality, high maternal mortality and a falling life expectancy, is elicited by foreign aid skewed healthcare systems in many countries in Africa. The records show that, in the past10 years with over 10 billion USD in investments by WHO and other International Agencies skewed towards reproductive health, infant mortality and maternal mortality has only but risen in Nigeria, putting out of reach the attainment of Millennium Development Goals by 2015. The foreign aid has been structured to be disruptive rather than helpful to the developmental process in Africa.
Contraception and HIV/AIDS Prevention
The international agencies always proffer two objectives, for their support of programs that spread the use of modern contraceptives in sub-Saharan Africa: First, as a strategy for HIV/AIDS prevention; second, to lower maternal mortality ratio (MMR). The World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, UNFPA, and UNAIDS have provided Reproductive Health Indicator Database (RHI) that could be used for analysis, to answer the major questions of this discussion:
- 1. What is the relationship between HIV/AIDS prevalence in the adult (15-49 years) population and modern contraceptive prevalence in Sub-Saharan Africa?
- 2. What is the relationship between maternal mortality, HIV/AIDS prevalence and modern contraceptive prevalence?
Maternal mortality ratio (MMR) is defined as the number of maternal deaths per 100,000 live births. The maternal mortality ratios have been rounded according to the following scheme: < 100: no rounding; 1000: rounded to nearest 100. Estimated number of deaths to women while pregnant or within 42 days of termination of pregnancy, irrespective of the duration or the site of the pregnancy, from any cause related to or aggravated by the pregnancy or its management, but not from accidents.

Contraceptive Mentality: There is an overlap of the use of different methods of contraception by sexual partners. For example a female user of oral contraceptives is highly likely to request the use of condoms by the sexual male partner. Therefore contraceptive prevalence is a compound index that reflects the overlapping use of different methods by sexual partners.

All data were analyzed using the statistical software package (Statistica, StatSoft, OH, USA). Multiple regression analysis (Statistica, StatSoft, OH, USA) was used to examine the relationship between two variables, and the linear relationship plotted as a straight line, with curved lines indicating the 95% confidence intervals. The level of significance was set at p < 0.05.
- A. What is the relationship between HIV/AIDS prevalence and modern contraceptive use in Sub-Saharan Africa?
Part II, Figure 1, shows a direct relationship between modern contraceptive prevalence (for example, use of condoms) and HIV/AIDS prevalence in 36 Sub-Saharan African countries, plotted from table 1.
Could one say that, the promotion of condom use has actually increased HIV rates in Africa, by encouraging young people to be more promiscuous?
These assertions made in the past, are now supported by facts from the current WHO, UNAIDS, UNFPA, and UNICEF data.
Part II, Figure 1. shows the relationship between modern contraceptive prevalence (%) and Proportion of adults (15-49) living with HIV/AIDS (%) in 36 Sub-Saharan African countries.
The graph (Part II, Figure 1) suggests that, contraceptive use in Sub-Saharan Africa should be kept below 4.7% (intercept), which is that used by groups at most risk (prostitutes and their clients, homosexuals, injection drug users etc), for HIV not to spread in the general adult population. However, for a 50% rise in contraceptive use in the population, HIV/AIDS prevalence will increase by 35% (white arrow), given by:

- B. Could Africa lower Maternal Mortality Ratio by 50% (to MMR=500) using the current condom model?
Part II, Figure 2. shows the relationship between modern contraceptive prevalence (%) and maternal mortality ratio (per 100,000) in 36 Sub-Saharan African countries. Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) declined slightly, because of higher contraceptive use, that is, lesser number of women became pregnant, even though as we showed (from direct correlation of contraceptive use and HIV/AIDS prevalence in Part II, Figure 1), they died from HIV/AIDS, and deaths were discounted from MMR. In other words, this is an ’illusive gain’ in improved health of the African woman, and a shift in statistical death counts from MMR to deaths due to HIV/AIDS.
The graph (Part II, Figure 2) suggests that, if there was no use of modern contraceptives in Africa, maternal mortality would be about 1086.5 per 100,000. However, to achieve about 50% drop in MMR to about 500 per 100,000 in Africa, modern contraceptive use prevalence has to rise to 50% in countries, given the relationship:

For MMR of 500 = 50% modern contraceptive prevalence
To achieve a MMR reduction of about 50% to 500 per 100,000 using the contraceptive model, African countries would need to increase modern contraceptive prevalence to 50% (Part II, Figure 2, white arrow), which increases HIV/AIDS prevalence by 35%.

- C. We could decrease maternal mortality ratio by 50% (MMR = 500) by raising the standard of living in Africa.
One way to reduce MMR by 50%, to an average of about 500 per 100,000, is to improve the standard of living of the people in Africa. This would mean a rise in per capita income. Let us forecast what rise in per capita income would be required, to attain a 50% reduction in MMR. Part II, Figure 3 shows the relationship between maternal mortality ratio (MMR) and per capita income.

For MMR of 500 = $ 3400.8.
Rise in per capita income to USD ($) 3,400 would reduce MMR to about 500 per 100,000 in Africa (Figure 3, curved white arrow).

Part II, Figure 4 shows the relationship between per capita income and HIV/AIDS prevalence.

If Abstinence education is not promoted in Africa, but the condom model left in place, raising the standard of living to a per capita income of $3400, would give rise to HIV/AIDS prevalence of 15.5% (Part II, Figure 4, white arrow).

The link between HIV/AIDS prevalence and per capita income shows that, with improved standard of living, without Abstinence education, some people will use their extra income to purchase condoms and pursue a reckless lifestyle and hence, there will be a surge in HIV/AIDS prevalence.
Most people would agree that, promoting contraceptive use goes hand-in-hand with the abortion mentality, since most countries with high contraceptive use prevalence, also have high abortion rates. The European experience demonstrated that, more abortions, more poverty.
- E. The Economic Consequence: More Abortions More Poverty in Europe
Part II, Figure 5 demonstrates the inverse relationship between per capita income and abortion rate in 26 European countries (from table 2). The higher the abortion rate, the lower the per capita income in Europe.

Part II, Figure 5.
Equation 5 suggests that, if there was no abortion in Europe, there would be an average per capita income of $51,758.664 USD. However, for every percent rise in abortion rate, Europeans lost an income of $1,057.6 USD. Countries in Eastern Europe, with over 40% abortion rate had less than $10000 USD in per capita income (Figure 5, white arrow). While mainly, Western European countries, with abortion rate below 20%, had per capita income of above $30,000 USD (Figure 5, black arrow). It therefore follows that, the cornerstone of wealth creation is to extinct abortions. Why would Western Europe not want to export this antiabortion ideology to Africa?
RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE AAAC COUNCIL TO WORLD LEADERS
A. Measures for HIV/AIDS Prevention
Simply, the condom model- for- all approach should be abolished. The facts may support, a condom use in target population of people living with HIV/AIDS, and groups at risk including prostitutes, IV drug users, homosexuals and others, found to have very high prevalence rates. Even in these groups, effort should be made for conversion using faith-based approach, and the Abstinence message emphasized, but the use of condoms may be an option, while they make their journey of faith. The cornerstone for HIV/AIDS prevention in the youth should be the Abstinence-only education, and Be-faithful messages in the adult population. The case study of Uganda showed that, the HIV prevalence fell from a high of 30.2% in 1992 to 4.2% in 2000 [Kirungi et al., 2002]. Close analysis of the trend shows that, the HIV/AIDS prevalence began to fall in the late 1980s (when condom use was only about 5%) and 1990s, [Mbulaiteye, et al., 2002; STD/AIDS Control Programme, Ministry of Health, 2003], several years before condoms were available in large numbers. However, with availability of condoms in large numbers, the drop in HIV prevalence has stalled, and even increased in 2006 to 6.7%. Okware et al concluded, this means that “much of the credit for turning the tide must go to the ‘home grown’, community derived solutions to the problem: A – abstinence and B – be faithful [Green, 2003; Hogle, 2002; Population, Health and Nutrition Information Project, 2002]. We have demonstrated based on continental analyses, using data from WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, and UNAIDS that, countries using the condom model have increased HIV prevalence.
B. Dismantling Aid Programs Based on Contraception for Reduction of Maternal Mortality from Any Cause
Most international aid agencies proffer reduction of maternal mortality, as the reason for support of contraceptive use. As we have shown that, promoting contraceptive use in Africa would only result in more deaths from HIV/AIDS, even though these would be discounted from the maternal mortality ratio, creating an ‘illusive gain’. These international aid programs should be dismantled by governments, and replaced with programs that target improved standard of living, without the condom model approach.
C. Dismantling Aid Programs for so-called Safe Abortion option that spreads HIV/AIDS.
Some international agencies say that their aid package supports the so called ‘safe abortion’ option, in order to reduce maternal mortality from unsafe abortions in Africa.
Indeed, the effect of abortion in most part is long-term, causing infertility, psychological problems, cancers, infections, stroke and cardiovascular diseases. The rising trend of these diseases, among women in Africa, could be related to increased prevalence of abortion and contraceptive use. Therefore, it is sheer falsehood that abortion could be safe. Some international agencies (eg. Ipas, Planned Parenthood and others), sometimes refer as ‘safe’, the immediate effects of abortion procedure, when Ipas manual vacuum aspirator (Ipas MVA – Part II, Figure 6) is used. The use of the term ‘safe’ with Ipas MVA shows that, these international organizations have very poor knowledge of practical health care delivery in developing countries especially in Africa. The Ipas MVA plus has become the easiest way to spread HIV infection in Africa, in women of child-bearing age, who have undergone MVA abortion procedure. The ease with which MVAs are used, has made it possible for untrained personnel, teenagers, and university undergraduates in Africa, to use the MVA device in room-to-room service, to perform MVA abortion procedure on desperate girls in hostels. There is no pre-testing for HIV, so infection is spread from person-to-person, in a procedure with high reuse of gloves, syringes and materials. If the aim of introducing the Ipas MVA was to reduce maternal mortality from so-called unsafe abortions, what in practical terms could be achieved is the quadrupling of the HIV infection rate in Africa. Again we ask, what is the rationale for use of MVAs as a public health measure, even for so-called ‘safe abortion’? At present, in most African countries, MVA abortion procedure is now being used as a means of contraception. Press reports in South Africa affirm this, where Ipas and IPPF claim to perform 10,000 abortions a week. The work of Ipas and IPPF contravenes the constitution in most African countries. We had earlier called for Ipas and IPPF to be expelled from African countries, where their work constitutes a serious constitutional breach. We humbly request that the Synod of African Bishops call for expulsion of Ipas and IPPF from African countries. Similarly, African countries should suspend contribution and cooperation with UNFPA, for sponsoring illegal population control activities and for promoting abortions and contraception. The Bush Administration of the immediate past US government has already declared UNFPA, an organization committing ‘crimes against humanity’, and had suspended contributions. African governments should follow this example, by a leading permanent member of the United Nations Security Council.
Part II, Figure 6. Ipas MVA plus used for abortion.
We had alleged earlier that, the aim of using the Ipas MVA plus, is to facilitate collection of fetal tissues for stem cell research and transplantation, as the market for stem cell derived tissues is projected to grow into trillions of US dollars. Europe, America and other industrialized countries have moved to prohibit uncontrolled use of embryonic and fetal derived tissues, through several human ethics protocols. Africa remains unrestricted and unregulated for biotechnology companies, who are financing pro-abortion groups to spread the use of Ipas MVA plus. The aim of the pro-abortion movement in Africa is to create a depot, for sourcing stem cells for Trans-Atlantic Stem Cell Tissue Trafficking.
D. Restructuring Foreign Aid to Africa:
Supplemental Aid based on Carbon Emission Business Exchange
Most people in Sub-Saharan Africa spend two thirds of time and resources, in the quest for basic food, water, electricity and transportation. The foreign aid and loan programs even at current levels, if well targeted and transparently used would go a long way to provide basic needs like provision of portable water, electricity and transportation. The restructuring of aid packages must go directly to projects in developing countries in agriculture, water, electricity and transportation. A new principle of direct allocation and project execution could be instituted. African governments, when they accept the aid project, must allow donors the independence of execution, according to agreed standards. Project execution must be under joint parliamentary oversight in donor and recipient countries, and violations prosecuted according to the laws in both countries. Part of foreign aid could be a business exchange, for carbon emissions under the Kyoto protocol. Developed countries of the North, may execute environmentally friendly projects in Africa that cuts carbon emission, for example, building gas turbine electricity projects in Nigeria at no cost, and taking credits for the cut down in carbon emissions from diesel generators. Similarly, provision of solar panels to homes, could reduce use of electric generators. The provision of electrically powered trains, buses and bio-ethanol from non-food by-products of cassava and palm, could further reduce carbon emissions. The totality of these effects is that, per capita income would rise and give health and nutrition benefits, that will reduce maternal mortality. Effort should be made to prohibit international organizations that use aid to skew the health systems of developing countries. Instead of investing in water to reduce infant and child mortality, they invest in family planning practices. The investment of millions of US Dollars into family planning takes away all the talented nurses, midwives and doctors from infant welfare clinics to family planning clinics leaving programs on vaccination, oral rehydration therapy (ORT) and others to collapse. They use small foreign aid usually less than 7% of total health budgets to collapse the health system by ‘decoupling’ or separating the health needs of the mother from that of the child. There is need for African countries to resist this type of foreign aid and insist on a common basket or budget system to achieve symmetric development of the healthcare system.
E. Job Creation and Caritas Bank of Africa loan facility for African Women
A Valid Strategy for HIV Prevention
In Africa, 58% of people living with AIDS are women, and lack of jobs is the one single factor that makes them most vulnerable. While it is not true that contraception is a way to empower women, it is true that, economic independence is the best approach to enhance women’s health. Even in conditions when women are well educated, their dependence on male bosses to provide jobs for them makes them, vulnerable to sexual harassment and puts them at risk for HIV infection [Krishnan et al. 2007]. For example, it is known that, female workers in the organized private sector of the banking industry in Africa could be subjected to sexual harassment by customers, endorsed by their supervisors, to meet their financial targets. The solution to this problem is to provide special loan schemes, for women to own independent businesses in Africa. This may be as small as petty trading, tailoring, to large scale manufacturing. These loan schemes could be provided by CBA direct assistance to the people. The CBA should have loan partnerships with diocesan banks in Africa, whereby the CBA provides the funding. The applications and finance administration, would work through the diocesan banks. The system would be kept transparent by financial auditors, from CBA, Provincial and Diocesan levels. Similar programs for apprenticeship training, with no interest loans to employers, and remuneration to participants, could be done by CBA and other donor agencies.
F. Dismantling the Failed Concept of Foreign Aid as an Instrument of Population Growth Control
The failed concept that, foreign aid could be used to control population growth in Africa should be dismantled from all donor programs. This has led to a catastrophe for Africa in HIV/AIDS prevalence. As we demonstrated here, the compliance with the demand of donor nations, to accept aid on the basis of wide prevalence of contraceptive use, has only led to spread of HIV/AIDS infection in Africa. These policies could not be justified on any basis. Instead natural family planning counseling services should be available at both diocesan and parish levels. There should be effort to introduce new technologies such as Naprotechnology, which does not require artificial contraception. The policy of foreign aid for population control implies coercion, however, abstinence-education and natural family planning controls population growth on a voluntary basis.
G. Averting the Social and Economic Consequence of Abortion
More abortions, more poverty in Africa.
We can forecast that, if Africa was to attain the level of contraceptive use and related abortion levels in Eastern Europe in individual countries, more than 35% of the adult population, will be infected with HIV/AIDS, and the entire Sub-Saharan Africa will be dependent on foreign aid for daily survival at less than 50 cents a day. All countries must have zero tolerance for conditions that, lead to contraception and abortions. Here, faith-based approach should provide women counseling services, and effort should be made to promote an open society, where discussions are held on issues related to sexual violence. What the secrecy of abortion and contraception does is to reinforce taboos, and perpetuate sexual violence. The position should be clear that, society finds it offensive and must punish sexual offenders, protect and rehabilitate victims of sexual violence. Legalized abortion and widespread contraceptive use only widen the scope of sexual violence to the future generation, hiding and perpetuating the social ills of sexual violence.
All African countries should establish National (Federal) Ethics and Moral Commission for Science, Culture and Religion. The mandate of the NEMC or FEMC should among other things include:
- Protection of life from stem cell level to full human development. Africa is the World largest exporter of embryonic stem cells, with European based In vitro fertilization (IVF) satellite clinics, established in most big cities in Africa, to retrieve embryonic stem cells from poor uneducated African women [Tutkova, 2006]. The egg donor programs are conducted without ethical informed consent, but on the basis of ‘food for eggs’, as a result, most donors are not aware of the health hazards, including kidney and liver failure. African governments have no legislation and law enforcement structures in place, to protect women and bring under control the unethical practice of in-vitro fertilization as required by the Helsinki Declaration. Most investigators engaged in unethical stem cell research have relocated their laboratory in Africa, using proxies in both governmental and non-governmental institutions, to carry out research, which would otherwise not pass ethical boards in Europe and America. Ethical councils should be constituted as broadly as possible in expertise, to make reviews feasible in good time. - Protection against vaccine contaminants that may cause infertility. Many in Africa believe that, their fertility could be damaged by vaccines for common diseases like tetanus, polio, malaria etc. They believe that, vaccines for tetanus, polio and malaria, have been mischievously merged with immunogenic components to cause infertility in women of childbearing age in Africa. These immunogenic components have been developed and patented. The most prevalent type is the anti-fertility Talwar vaccine that is merged with tetanus vaccine [Talwar, 1997], for immunization of adolescent girls in schools. Most people in rural communities in Nigeria have refused vaccination for polio, for the fear of infertility, threatening the World polio eradication program. Despite all assurances, there is still suspicion of the link between vaccines and infertility. It is therefore, imperative that, the Church in Africa constitute international and national vaccine safety monitoring centers, charged with quality assurance beyond that, asserted by industry and international donor agencies. This would reassure the people in Africa, and improve cooperation. Failure to accomplish such confidence building measures may undermine the use of vaccination, in the preventive strategy for diseases, with devastating effects on World health.
- Protection of culture and religion using national ethical code of conduct. The situation in Africa, is a gradual and continuing erosion of African cultural values by strong modern influence, but leaves nothing in its place. All African countries must strive to reach a national consensus, on what would constitute common elements of their cultural diversity, and use these values to derive an ethical and moral code of conduct for their country. The traditional structure and religious influence are still strong in Africa, and could contribute immensely to formulation of ethical and moral codes for each country, which would reflect African traditional values of truth and transparency, respect for elders and women, and prohibition of sexual harassment, contraception and abortion. It is no secret today that, in both public and private sectors, schools, universities and even churches, sexual harassment is epidemic and translates into an abortion/contraception psycho. At the root of corruption in Africa, are sexual crimes. The Church in Africa should lunch a campaign to deinstitutionalize sexual harassment, educate the people, insist on prosecution of offenders, and rehabilitation of victims. The Church should insist that the State must enforce sexual harassment laws with vigor, transparency and community participation.
Population and Per Capita Income
A lot has been said about the growing population in Africa. However, Africa has the least of population densities in the World. While European countries have population densities of 350-450 persons per sq Km, Asia from 300-5500 persons per sq Km, but Africa has 2-110 persons per sq Km. High population densities are required for increased production. In the past, slave trade and disease accounted from the reduction of Africa’s population from about 22% of World population to about 9% of World population by the end of slavery. At the present time effort is being made to reduce Africa’s population even further, using Biological Colonialism, which forces abortions, contraception and embryonic stem cell trafficking on African countries. The critical questions are:
What is the relationship between population density and per capita income?
What is the critical population required for development?
Figure 7. shows a directly proportional relationship, as the population density increases so does the per capita income increase. The figures are provided in table 3.
The circled area includes all African countries while outside the circle are European and Asian countries.
In other words, for African countries to increase their per capita income, they would need an increase in population density to provide the workforce that will increase production.
Gender Complementarity – Dogma or Science?
Is gender complementarity dogma or science? The answer to this question can only be answered using scientific methods.
Over the past century, there has been intense scientific debate on what are the determinants of human performance. In 1904, Spearman put forward the idea that measures of human performance or success in diverse cognitive tests show a pattern of almost universal positive correlation [Jensen, 1987; Spearman, 1904, 1923, 1927]. Spearman thus postulated the hypothesis of a general intelligence or g factor making some contribution to success in diverse forms of cognitive activity. Subsequently, two different hypotheses on cortical localization of intelligence were put forward. The first hypothesis postulates that, processing of any task receives contribution from a large set of components or information-processing functions [Lashley, 1921, 1929; Satz, Strauss, & Whitaker, 1990; Thomson, 1951; Thurstone, 1938, 1940]. Therefore, any two tasks are likely to share at least some components, giving rise to universal positive correlation.
This hypothesis assumes that, general ability is diffusely represented on the whole cortex, and injury to any region of the brain produces an intellectual decrement. On the other hand, the second, so-called hierarchic hypothesis postulates that, in the course of evolution some area of the brain has gained a dominant role in sustaining general intelligence [Basso, De Renzi, Faglioni, Scotti, & Spinnler, 1973]. General intelligence could be assessed using neuropsychological tests. Snow, Kyllonen, and Marshalek (1984) have classified intelligence tests by task complexity, into tests at the center and tests at the periphery. Psychometric tests including RPM (Raven, 1938) and other complex reasoning tests were classified as tests at the center, while simpler tests were placed at the periphery. Applying this construct, irrespective of the views held by both hypotheses, the centrality of the RPM emerges in either case. The present study evaluated cerebral lateralization during Raven’s progressive matrices (RPM) paradigm in women and men. The degree of lateralization of cerebral blood flow velocity was assessed using laterality index (LI), where positive LI values suggest right lateralization but negative LI values suggest left lateralization, and zero LI suggest bilateral activation.
Bilateral simultaneous functional transcranial Doppler (fTCD) ultrasound was used to measure mean blood flow velocities (MBFV) in the right and left middle cerebral arteries (MCAs) in 24 (15 females and 9 males) right-handed normal subjects. The women used a left hemisphere strategy, while men used a right hemisphere strategy to successfully solve RPM tasks. This implies that general intelligence is associated with neural systems within one hemisphere that are accessible to a variety of cognitive processes. The design was a two-way MANOVA comprising: two levels of ANSWER (Wrong and Correct) and two levels of GENDER (Female and Male). There was a main
effect of GENDER [F(1,1148) = 26.4, p < .0000003, MSe = 87.6]. There was no main effect of ANSWER (p > .05). There was a GENDER x ANSWER interaction [F(1,1148) = 3.8, p < .05. MSe = 12.6].
Part II Figure 8, shows that when men solved the RPM tasks correctly, their cerebral blood flow increased in the right MCA with LI (0.3±2.1), but when wrong answer, it tended to the left with LI (0.13±0.19). Conversely, in women, when they solved the RPM tasks correctly, their cerebral blood flow velocity increased in the left MCA with LI (-0.46±1.6), but when wrong answer, it tended to the right with LI (-0.22±1.7). In other words, in men, general intelligence is located in the right hemisphere, while in women it is located in the left hemisphere [Njemanze, 2005].
Similar gender-related reversed asymmetry has been observed for performance implicating facial processing indexed by functional transcranial Doppler ultrasound (fTCD) (Njemanze, 2004), functional transcranial Doppler spectroscopy [Njemanze, 2007], general intelligence using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) studies [Tranel, Damasio, Denburg, & Bechara, 2005; Jung et al., 2005]. The fTCD technique has the appropriate temporal and regional spatial resolutions for this type of cognitive study.
The experiment by Njemanze, 2005 as well as by others [Tranel, Damasio, Denburg, & Bechara, 2005; Jung et al., 2005] has changed the century held scientific beliefs than general intelligence is located in the same manner in men and women. The right hemisphere in men processes information holistically, while the left hemisphere processes information analytically. The right versus left dichotomy in men and women respectively, extend to other modalities of brain cognitive processing. This was demonstrated in another experiment using facial perception in men and women [Njemanze, 2004; 2007]. It therefore follows that the essence of marital union between a man and a woman is to bring the two hemispheres together to create a ‘family brain’. The right hemisphere abilities contributed by men for holistic/strategic thinking and the left hemisphere abilities contributed by women for analytic thinking, creating one ‘whole family brain’. The right and left comparative advantages are essential for a comprehensive upbringing and nurturing of children.
Consequently, homosexual unions would have either right or left ‘family brain’, which cannot be said to be neurocognitively balanced to raise and nurture children in the same way as families of heterosexual marriages. In other words, based on recent neuroscience findings, homosexual couples do not have the neuropsychological and particularly, the neurocognitive foundation to raise children in a family.

PART III: POPULATION AND ENVIRONMENT
We examined the issues of population control and industrial development. The growth in world population, has led modern day Malthusian economists who dominate the international agencies, to seek for ways to cut population growth. Let us briefly review the facts of history. Up until 1500s, there had been next to no growth in output per worker for the average human for millennia. Even in 1800, the average human alive had a material standard of living (and an economic productivity level) at best twice that of the average human alive in the year 0001. The problem was not that, there was no technological progress. On the contrary there was, and humans continued to innovate. It was only after 1800 do we see large sustained increases in worldwide standards of living attributable to population growth. After 1800 human population grew to a total of 6 billion in October 1999. Population growth on a world scale accelerated from a rate of 0.2% per year between 1500 and 1800 to 0.6% per year between 1800 and 1900, 0.9% per year between 1900 and 1950, 1.9% per year between 1950 and 1975, and—in the first slowing of the global rate of population growth 1.6% per year from 1975 to 2000. Similarly, average rates of material output per capita, which grew at perhaps 0.15% per year between 1500 and 1800, grew at perhaps 1.0% per year worldwide between 1800 and 1900, and have grown at an average pace of perhaps 2.0% per year worldwide between 1900 and 2000. In other words, material output has surpassed the pace of growth in population growth worldwide. Experts have dismissed Malthusian concerns about population growth and poverty, rather pointed out that the problem is inequity in wealth distribution [Osuagwu, 2005]. Bourguignon and Morrison (1999) showed that, percent share of income to the bottom quintiles (20 percent) of the World population decreased continuously, while percent share of the top quintile increased continuously. The mechanics of an unregulated market economic system would systematically transfer income from the poor to the rich over time. The latter is the source of poverty and calls for a new World economic order. [Mt 26:11] The poor you always have with you.
Africa has the natural and agricultural resources to grow food that could feed the entire World, but the lack of human capacity to do the work, has crippled efforts to increase food production even for subsistence use, resulting in hunger crisis across the continent. It is irrational to suggest that Africa is over-populated. The facts are that, in most African countries, the population density ranges from 2 persons per sq Km to about 110 persons per sq Km. Europe has population density ranges from 350 – 450 people per sq Km, while Asia has population density of between 300-5500 per sq Km. Africa also faces the prospect of further depopulation from wars and disease. Therefore, AAAC dispelled the argument of international proabortion organizations like UNFPA, that Africa needs to be depopulated. The UNFPA recommends that African countries decrease their population, but European countries increase birth once population density falls in certain regions to 300 people per sq Km. UNFPA policy advisory to African countries obviously lacks rationale. A review of World economic history from the 1500s to the present day, demonstrated that population density is the main engine of economic and industrial development. It appears that the critical population density before any country spirals into high economic and industrial development is about 300 per sq Km, which was attained by India, China and the Asian tigers in the past ten years. The population density in Hong Kong is 5500 people per sq Km! The number of people has provided the workforce for Hong Kong as the World industrial engine, and did not deter them from having one of the highest standards of living in Asia. The UNFPA, IPPF and IPAS by advocating population control in Africa, seeks to obliterate any prospects of African countries attaining economic self reliance. This clearly shows that, the work of the UNFPA, IPPF and IPAS in Africa is against the national interest of African countries therefore, the Pro-Life conference participants recommended expulsion of UNFPA, IPPF and IPAS from African countries. Furthermore, all non-governmental organizations in Africa were urged to oppose any development aid that is geared towards population control.
Another issue closely related to population control in Africa, is climate change. The proabortionists have used climate change issues to support their agenda for depopulation of Africa. The facts are that, it will take a thousand Africans to fill the carbon foot print of one person in any industrialized country. Unfortunately, the main issues of climate change have been set aside, but rather worthless efforts and arguments have taken center stage in an act of deliberate deception. The central issues of climate change were addressed by scientists at a conference on ‘Mission to Mars: The African Perspective, held on 22nd – 23rd, October, 2007, at Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. Participants agreed that climate change was man-made but disagreed with conventional knowledge that carbon emissions were the major driving force. Theoretical nuclear physicists at the conference maintained that, climate is determined by the natural processes of fermion-boson asymmetry and particle-antiparticle annihilation taking place in the fermion-boson world. However, in the past 10 years in some industrialized countries, deliberate experimentation using ultra high energy particle accelerators, have induced forces largely responsible for abnormal climate change [Nduka, 2007]. The physicists noted that the use of ultra high-energy particle accelerators in Northern Europe, could release enough energy to melt the Artic polar ice, and may cause earthquakes and tsunamis in the Pacific Ocean. We humbly suggest that the Synod of African Bishops urge UN investigators to request data from all individual nuclear labs including those obvious and covert in Northern Europe, USGS and IAEA to examine the correlation of between high-energy accelerator activity and seismic activity. The discussion among conference participants pointed to greed motivating the rush for Artic Black Gold – oil, and melting of the ice to mine oil. The climate change discussion on carbon emissions was mainly diversionary rather than substantive, and may have prompted the immediate-past United States Government, India, and China to opt out of the scientifically baseless commitments to cut carbon emissions in the Kyoto Protocol.
Another example of diversionary tactics, is the building of a doomsday seed vault in Svalbald, Norway, [Engdahl, 2007] by Bill Gates, Rockefeller foundation and the Norwegian government, which some have suggested could be another high-energy accelerator that collides supper particles to melt the Northern Artic Ice for drilling the artic oil. At the same time the same Billionaire investors – Bill Gates and Warren Buffet, have investment interests in Canadian oil business to acquire deep drilling technologies for artic oil. Furthermore, scientists at the conference agreed that, the attempt to get African countries involved in the Kyoto Protocol by buying off carbon emission quotas will further eclipse industrialization efforts on the continent. However, if buying carbon quotas is in exchange for investments in provision of water, electricity, roads, schools etc, it could have added value. AAAC supports cutting carbon emissions for healthier environment. The conference participants called for a more productive action on climate change, which must include as first order of business, a UN ban on use of ultra high energy particle accelerators, as a real measure to prevent climate change. Most importantly, Africa and the Middle East must review their development strategy since the Artic Oil drilling will succeed. It is likely that their current sources of revenue will further dwindle. African, Middle Eastern and Asian leaders must see this ”double talk” on climate change as a challenge. On the one hand there is condemnation of use of fossil fuels, on the other, there is a rush to find the artic oil and drill it. This would mean that while African, Middle Eastern and Asian countries are being restrained by the climate change treaties, others are busy drilling in the Artic for more fossil fuels. Conference participants called for a comprehensive African, Middle Eastern and Asian response with respect to their development goals.
The conflict in Darfur is another example of the fallout of the politics of climate change. The UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon describes it as a ‘Climate Change Crisis’ in his article in the Washington Post [Ki-moon, 2007]. Although Western news analysts have misinterpreted what he said. It is clear that, he meant that the Darfur Crisis was fueled by fears and consequences of the Global Climate Change. Sudan is the only tropical country in the World, that is large enough and sparsely populated to fit the entire Northern European population, should there be over flooded by water. Therefore, proponents of the Climate Change Crisis fuel and sustain the Conflict in Darfur through proxies, so that, the entire Southern Sudan will be brought under a UN protectorate zone as Ban Ki-moon suggests, not mentioning AU in his article. Should the climate crisis get out of hand and a need arises to evacuate Northern Europe, the UN could mandate evacuation into Southern Sudan. This is the precondition for meaningful help and assistance in Darfur. Therefore Ban Ki-moon suggests that 2009 would be a Year of Climate Change that will address these issues. It is now clear, why a UN-AU Peacekeeping force (UNAMID) in Darfur will be frustrated by lack of resources; because proponents want an all UN command under the UN Security Council, not AU. As usual, they use the character assassination and demonization of African leaders to confuse the entire World, on what is actually happening in Darfur. This is by no mean to say that, the government of Sudan is not to blame for certain unnecessary use of military force, and the persecution of Christians. We only would like to underscore what is really at the crux of the matter.
Estrogen and the Environment
There is an even greater emerging threat to Global Health by the high use of hormonal estrogen compounds in contraceptive pills. The latter problem is most acute in African countries, where wastewater treatment is poor or absent. Experts at the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Toxic Substances Hydrology Program have established that endocrine-disrupting compounds such as estrogen from contraceptive pills damage the reproductive systems of aquatic life. The researchers discovered an alarming finding of skewed gender ratio and abnormal female fish, downstream of treatment plants and pollution-control equipment. The researchers also discovered many strange, inter-sex fish, which had both male and female reproductive organs. Similar findings have been made by ecotoxicologists in Canada, United Kingdom, and other European Union countries.
The synthetic estrogen hormones in the wastewater were: estrone, estriol, equilin, estradiol, 17 alpha-ethinyl estradiol, which are compounds used in contraceptive pills. The concentration of estrogens in the influent and effluent of the treatment plants ranged from 0.5 to 259 ng/L, which are several million times more than the concentrations found to harm aquatic life in controlled laboratory experiments. The removal of these compounds with sophisticated water treatment techniques ranged from negligible for 17- alpha-dihydroequilin to 41-99% for other estrogen compounds. As a result, the fertility and mental health of the human population and aquatic life are severely under threat.
More recently in 2007, studies in Africa have shown that contraceptive use is damaging aquatic life. For example, studies in Gauteng South Africa, demonstrated histological evidence of inter-sex in a fish species inhabiting a South African water source. The researchers discovered many strange inter-sex fish, which had both male and female reproductive tissue. Any change in the gender ratio or abnormality in reproductive tissue can adversely affect a population of fish, potentially reducing it with each generation. It also threatens the entire food chain of the aquatic ecosystem.
Experts from Africa have decried the irresponsible ‘dumping’ of contraceptive pills in many African countries by international funding agencies and governments without regard to the health and environment. The problem of environmental effects of estrogen compounds in contraceptive pills would be most acute in Africa, where water treatment measures are very poor or even absent. Experts have advised that the Synod of African Bishops call for a ban on exports of contraceptive pills to African countries, similar to the measures taken for environmentally harmful pesticides. All experts agree that Africans could be best served by using natural family planning methods.
We have provided concrete evidence that, abortion and contraception have negative influence on health, environment and the economy. We decided to make our views known to the Synod of African Bishops, and to request their assistance, to pressure for a review of the policies that adversely affect Africa and elsewhere. The new emergent African intelligentsia wants to engage with the international community, in order to offer an African Perspective to science and culture, and enrich World knowledge system. There will be no future, if contraception and abortion thrive in Africa, and hence our protest to World leaders.
